Jiffy Lube

New customer and extremely satisfied. I was referred to this Jiffy Lube #2317 in Boise by a good friend. The prices quoted were far better than at the dealership I had been working with. These people go out of their way to answer questions and make auto services and repair convenient and understandable especially for an elderly woman. Thank you Kevin T., John P., Steve H. and especially Kirsten H. We are fortunate to have a service station team with your skills, excellent service and integrity in our community.

I’ve been here several times for various reasons. Most recently went in for a radiator flush and emissions test. It was pretty busy (it was a Saturday) but they were still moving pretty quickly. I was blown away by the excellent customer service and the helpfulness of the assistant manager. I would recommend anyone in the area to go here if you need your car worked on.

Not very stoked on this place. Left the first time because of the long wait which is understandable, but this last time we left because of the bad service. We were quickly brushed aside and told to wait in the lobby to be spoken to. After 5 minutes in the lobby and seeing the people around us we realized we were probably in for an hour wait, which was okay, but with also being greeted like an annoyance we figured we’d try somewhere else. As we walked out, the fella filling an oil tank decided to start running his mouth. Instead of asking why we were leaving he started laughing and proclaiming that oil changes take patience and seemingly implying we did not have the capacity for patience that one of their masterfully crafted oil changes requires. We lowly impatient dullards decided to try our luck at the shell lube at maple grove and chinden. Luckily for us dullards they were super fast and courteous. Which was such a relief because I don’t believe I had the mental capacity for a 30 minute wait (thank you jiffy lube for helping me find myself).

Maybe I had an isolated incident but I avoid this place like the plague. I used to go here all the time until one visit, my coolant was drained and never refilled. I thought my car was broken and after I took my car to a dealership and paid for a dealership to fix the overheating (IE: filled the coolant), my car was working normal again. I reckon this place has no issue with overlooking basic car care.

I have always done my own maintenance but a friend asked me to get her vehicle serviced in a rush before a road trip so I found these guys on Unilocal.They were great from beginning to end-​friendly, prompt and thorough. At the end they even took me out to the car, popped the hood and explained everything they did. Highly recommend.

Great service love having my vehicle records kept by them. I have to knock off one star for not having my transmission fluid in stock and having to wait for them to got get it. Still went the extra mile. I will be back

This place wasn’t busy and they were super nice! Got our oil change done in like 5 minutes. I wish this were the Jiffy Luby by my house ;)
