Excellent gunsmithing… customer service is second to none. I have bought four guns from Intacto Arms and wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and relatives there as well. They know what they’re doing and they are very helpful in explaining everything you need to know to get the most out of your new weapon.

This review is for the Intacto Arms Defensive Pistol Training course offered on select weekends during the month. First let me say that the information on the actual website is wrong. The location of the class is not at the location listed. This was brought to their attention in person while at their business location and the response was…“Yeah we know. Gottta fix that.” They disclose the correct information in the email 48 hours before the class, but lacked other important information an attendee should know. Also, calls to Intacto Arms on the day of the training to verify location were never returned. The classes comprise all levels of experience and skill sets from Beginners to Intermediate to Experts. This I found rather confusing and not a good use of the limited time allowed for this type of training. The facilities are sparse – No shade, chairs or water. Plus there is no allocated time to eat. I strongly recommend you bring a folding camp chair if you want to sit at all during the training. Water and snacks/lunch can be eaten between training exercises. But you must bring your own drinks/food/in a cooler. The pistol training and instruction is adequate. Not too difficult for the beginner to intermediate, but for strong intermediate to expert, rather mundane I find the varied levels of training/experience in the same class somewhat alarming. Stories of the dangerous mishandling of firearms by beginner students in other training classes were told to us all day. There is no experience requirement or even a C.W.P. This situation in my opinion should be addressed by Intacto. All in all a good experience.
