This gym is great as long as there’s not a problem. Forget trying to get a hold of anyone if the key access doesn’t work. It’s happened multiple times in a row to all that were waiting this morning to get into the gym. No number to call for after hours. Horrible business practice.

It’s affordable and the employees are great. Clean and there’s never any problem getting on equipment. I also love that they have individual tvs on all the cardio machines. We tried the classes and they have a good selection — but I’m more of a free weights and a machine person.

Great gym! Always clean environment, wide variety of workout options (i.e.: classes, video’s, weights, trx equiptment, all kinds of machines), open 24 hours and a great atmosphere! Love it!

This gym is great! Rarely busy and always clean. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Machines are always functioning correctly and when they are not staff is quick to fix. The bonus here for me is that 24 hour access. Since I work late I can come and go as I please.

I love this gym. It’s always clean and rarely overly crowded whenever I’m there. It has all of the equipment I need (I mostly use the weight machines, bikes and treadmills) and they’re always clean and in working order (or fixed quite quickly if anything is out of service). The gym is incredibly affordable and the fact that it’s open 24 hours is awesome because my shifts at work are always changing.
Whether I’m there at 4AM or 9PM I’m always able to do everything I need to. Definitely a gym worth checking out!

Great gym with a great price. They also have workout videos you can use in the special room. The only problem is that some people use it as their own private stretching studio to watch tv in so you have to wait for them to get done b4 you can use it for what it was intended. All around a superb neighborhood gym!

Great gym, open 24 hours so great to go late at night. Overall a good range of equipment to use as well.

One of the best workout facilities that I have been too. They are open ²⁴⁄₇ so they can work around any schedule! Very friendly staff and they keep the place nice and clean.
They have a wide variety of free weights and many different machines a person can utilize if they don’t want to mess around with the free weights. Not only is this gym focused on the weight training aspect but they have two different rooms that incorporate still standing bicycles and a lot of free space to do whatever workout is needed.
They also have a single standing tanning bed but you can only use it if you have the exclusive membership but this also entitles free supervised workout classes.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to get in shape in a comfortable environment.

It took maybe only 2 check-​ins (3 at Boise Costco) to become the oh la la Duchess here. And that is sad, because a) I’m not really a resident of Boise; and, b) my body is definitely not a fitness factory — more like a dilapidated fixer-​upper with a ton of empty liquor bottles piled up at the door.
This is a fairly new gym with two other branches in Boise. In its compact space, there’s a good representation of cardio equipment, as well as a complete section of free weights, weight machines, kettlebells and cross-​fit/​boot camp/​weight bag set up. There’s a separate room for spinning (and video equipment for watching pornos when you spin), and another for the boot camp/​cardio/​kettlebell sessions. Everything you could want in a place where you want to seriously work out, and not get your hot pink spandex worked into a bunch, since you’d forgotten to put on your lipstick before hopping on the stairmaster.
For a $ 19 enrollment fee, $ 15/​month and $ 25/​annual member fee you get a no-​contract, pay-​by-​month membership which allows you access to any of the three gyms ²⁴⁄₇. A really laid-​back, pseudo member (I think they’re people who work out at the gym, or trainers, who sit behind the counter from time to time and vacuum the floors) inducted me into the Fitness Factory membership circle, without any sales spiel. This is truly a no-​sales pressure type of place. But I’ll confirm that one day when I try to pause or cancel my membership.
This place is no frills. Members are expected to wipe down their own equipment, and a nice clean stack of red towels and plenty of spray bottles are always available for that purpose. There are only two bathroom and one shower stall in the ladies’ room. There is a kid’s facility, which is basically a stark room that is unmanned (ie. Solitary confinement). The white board says there are classes but I’ve yet to see any take place.
A great place, and I’m feeling torn about letting the word out, since I like the fact there’s so few people around…

I’d been looking for a gym that offered all the basic amenities AND classes for a reasonable price that was close to home. IFF fits the bill. The equipment is new and it’s a reasonably clean facility. It’s a good value close to home.
