GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer

Updating review. The store manager and district manager met with me today to discuss all the issues and resolved them. Was a lengthy process to have my account fixed, along with the bill but it’s been resolved and I’m satisfied.

While trying to help a friend with her phone (she wanted to mount and SD card. little did I know her phone was not MEANT for an SD card. I pulled out the SIM card, but had a problem putting it back in) I caused a small problem and we needed HELP. We knew going to the Verizon store by the mall was not a great option, so I hit up Unilocal for an alternative.
This GoWireless location is just a couple of blocks from my apartment, super convenient. It’s in the same ‘stip mall’ as Cloud Nine Brewery, right near the Carl’s Jr. on 17^th & State.
We went in expecting the usual hard sell that you see at Verizon, and perhaps a little ‘oh what morons’ attitude. but we were in for a treat. Enter «Smiling Benny», a cheerful and helpful fellow who was most happy to listen to the tale of our debacle and help us out of our fix! I had gotten the SIM card lodged in it’s slot, but NOT in the little tray that is meant to hold it, and it was wedged in there deep. It took Benny about 10 minutes using his smallest tools to get the card out (it was rather like playing the game Operation). He then showed us the correct way to re-​install it, and told my friend she’d been bushwacked at (insert name of big box store who SOLD her an SD card and told her oh yes it was definitely the right one for her Droid Maxx).
Benny gave us a great first impression of GoWireless. He even explained their partnership with Verizon. In essence, unless it’s for international calling issues, GoWireless can help you with ANYTHING the Verizon store can.
I will certainly be going back when I need help with anything related to my Verizon account. Thank you Benny!

Our new favorite Verizon store. We went to get my son his new phone and the costumer service could not have been better. They were helpful, friendly and professional, but with a great sense of humor. They took great care of us. This is our go to Verizon store!!!
