Finally, a Verizon store that answers the question «whaaat?»! I received top notch costumer service at this verizon location. Gilbert Sifuentes was kind, patient, informative and made sure I got the best deals on my amazing galaxy S7, a badass phone case and my necessary screen protector which I was reluctant to get at first but like I said, it’s quite necessary. Trust me. Gilbert even offered to go out of his way to another verizon location to get me a different color S7! The impeccable costumer service Gilbert Sifuentes provided in making sure I got not only what I wanted but what I needed at the best price was greatly appreciated and has made me a life long verizon costumer! Terry porter provided excellent customer service when we came in the upgrade our phone. He was very knowledgeable and laughed at our jokes. They didn’t have the phone we wanted but we ordered it and came back a couple days later and he took care of all of the hassles.

I’ve had excellent customer service from Rashad Parker, who is a sales consultant at the My BullFrog kiosk in the mall. He’s handled two iPhone upgrades for me and did a device switch for my father. I can reach Rashad by text or email to set up an appointment to come in. He is knowledgeable about all of the various policies and options when it comes to upgrades and keeping your data plan intact. He is also very trustworthy. Upgrading phones and switching lines and data plans can be tricky and I’ve had experiences where Verizon reps have given me false or even misleading information. Rashad always explains everything in detail and, most importantly, he is honest and he knows what he is talking about. It gives me a lot of peace of mind to deal with a sales rep that is so reliable and knowledgeable. He also follows up after the sale to make sure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend My Bullfrog and Rashad, specifically, for providing excellent, transparent customer service.
