Took my Galaxy S4 in to be looked at (random shut downs), and the guy suggested a couple of things that I already tried, to no avail. Acted like there was nothing that could be done and that I was wasting his time. Complete waste of my time and I’ll be trying another place.

I RAN MY $ 600 LG THRU THE WASHING MACHINE. I MEAN A FULL CYCLE. It was *dead*. Totally unresponsive. I took it to these guys, they called me a few hours later to tell me it was working just fine and the next morning I picked it up. It’s like nothing ever happened to it.
Really reasonable price for repair. I love that this looks like a modest shop where the guys seriously know their cell phones, period. Value, not flash or commission salespeople who don’t have time for you.
Hard to find using google maps; just find Café Oh Le! in the storefront surrounding the mall and look toward Petsmart. You’ll see it. Easy parking right out front.
