Joe’s Sirloin Burger Grill

You need to continue serving the seared yellow fin tuna throughout Lent. I had it on the salad and it was amazing!!!

This place has some very good and some very bad. We had burgers, wings, regular fries and cajun fries.
The good: The burgers were cooked perfectly to order, the buns are a good quality and able to stand up to a good juicy burger. This is often a fail for burger places for me. The wings were also perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and juicy inside as good wings should be. The celery sticks were also fresh, big and nice.
The Bad: The fries were HORRIBLE! They were hard and chewy. You can’t have a decent burger place without good fries. Also, the portion size of the fries was about the same as a fast-​food kids fries — very small for $ 3. On the burgers, the cheese was not melted, it appeared to have been put on with the condiments. This is a big no-​no for me for a cheeseburger.
The wings, while perfectly cooked, didn’t have enough sauce. Also, they provide a tablespoon of dressing for a dozen wings. It was a pain in the butt to keep having to ask for more dressing.
This place is close to being very good, but the deficiencies are significant. If they can fix these, it will be a solid 4 for sure,

I would like to say when the owner saw my critical review he emailed me and apologized for my horrible experience and he offered to replace my meal at a future date and before I order please email him so he can comp this order. I ordered 2 burgers and a cheesesteak this time along with onion rings, sweet potato fries, along with Cajun fries. After I called in the order I promptly raced down to pickup the order and it was immediately ready for me. The BBQ bacon burger and regular bacon burger were great as well as the sides. I ordered a Mexican Philly good portion of steak, good amount of liquid cheese but not too much which I actually appreciated because I don’t like being covered in cheese while trying to eat a cheesesteak. The jalapeños gave it some nice bite but was a little disappointed that there was not that much onions in the cheesesteak. Even though the cheesesteak tasted good, I will stick to their amazing burgers.

Wow! I went to Joe’s last night with my family. Kids meals are perfect size, all come with fries and drink. Me and my husband both got their specials. They update them every week. I tried their soup of the day and it was SO good and you could tell it was homemade. Wing flavors are also updated monthly. We also tried their wing flavor of the month. Really good. My family was super satisfied which is great because my kids and husband are picky! They LOVED Joes! Great staff! The kitchen staff even said goodbye to us too! Good music, good food, good prices. You can’t ask for anything more than that! We loved Joes!

Good local burger joint. Solid to above average burger for a take out place. Id say much better than 5 guys. Not to pricey you can get a lot of toppings for free like grilled onions. The fries are nothing special, wings were pleasantly good, pull pork nachos were really good.
If you go in expecting a gourmet burger you might be disappointed, if you want to spend $ 10 for a burger and fries and be totally satisfied then its a home run. Their online ordering is great and easy as well.

It was our first time here for my wife and I, recommended by a coworker of hers. Friendly staff good prices and great food. I got the slaw burger with American cheese and she got the cajun burger. I would order both again. Burgers were juicy and fresh with a ton of flavor. Fries were fresh cut and piping hot!!!

I really like this place. I love the fact that you can order online and pick it up. They even have delivery. Their food is always fresh, and the salad is crisp and the ingredients are fresh as well. I can’t say anything bad about this place. It is your typical American food, but with healthy alternatives available.

Visiting from Florida… This is the best burger experience I ever had. Great flavorful juicy burgers and amazing staff!

My cheeseburger was absolutely delish!
The burger itself, was quality meat, cooked perfectly, and was bigger than the huge bun it came on.
It came prepared as I requested, and it was great.
The cajun fries, were really good as well.
Similar to FIVE GUYS, but without the grease (so it makes it better)

At first my boyfriend and I would eat here practically on a bi-​weekly basis. The staff is nothing but lovely and personable, and the establishment itself is pretty nice. Recently though, every time we eat here we have both gotten very sick! Now, after the first time we thought nothing of it, after the second time we thought it was an odd coincidence and ordered something different but after maybe 5 – 6 times of being horribly sick after eating ANYTHING off their menu I will not be returning. I have found out that we are in fact not only people getting sick from their food. I’m very saddened by the fact that the food has gone down hill so much that people are getting ill and nothing has changed. It was nice to see such a nice place go into the area and do well. Hopefully the owner changes something sooner rather than later!

Delivery times are horrible. My office ordered a few times and their stated delivery time has always been missed by nearly an hour every time.
They never get the order right for delivery…
If you at at the location you are good to go…
Frustrating…

I ordered the Bacon and Blue Burger. It was perfect except for the blue cheese sauce. It lacked blue cheese flavour and had a strong mayonnaise flavour. I really loved the abundance of pickles. And, they didn’t bat an eyelash at making it bun-​less and served it with tonnes of lettuce.
I always judge places by the quality of the fries. Too often fries are «just» a side and it can tragically ruin my experience. You can tell when they’re cooked from frozen. These were hand cut and fresh and delicious!

2^nd time here, had wasabi chicken sandwich very good. Kids had Cesar salad and chicken strips. All good.

First impression: wow this place looks pretty cool, like you’re upstate and you’re in a lodge. However, it’s just a fancy looking fast food restaurant. The food options are pretty good with a lot of variety. I ordered the chicken tender basket (which was sadly one of the more expensive items on the menu at $ 10) and they only give you 3 tenders! They even charged me extra for an extra side of dipping sauce. My boyfriend had the aioli burger and it was alright, wouldn’t get it again. I don’t think I would make it a point to come back here, the value for what we got just wasn’t worth it.

3 – 3.5 stars for Joe’s. Its better then fast food. Its definitely not gourmet. If you come with a food snobby attitude. expecting a 5 star meal, you will be disappointed.
Regular bacon cheese burger doesn’t disappoint. Fries were pretty good. I was hoping the turkey burger would be a star, but it wasn’t. I don’t hold that against them. I understand that most people aren’t going to places like this for a turkey burger.

This is a fast food joint that thinks they are a steakhouse. Food is not that good, and really overpriced. Every time I go here it is a disappointment. Everything is ala carte. I.e. A «spicy Mexican philly sandwich» is $ 9.95, does not include fries, everything there is an upsell (ie burgers do not include cheese), fries are $ 3 more on top of any burger. Also their cheese is the yellow nacho cheese that comes out of a can/​bag (like you can get at 7 – 11 with your chili cheese nachos for $ 1.59). The good part is they do have beer, but a burger fries and a beer will set you back $ 20. IMO there is much better food in the area for less money.

The nitty gritty:
If you love burgers you’ll be a bit dissapointed.
The good, they serve beer.
The bad, the seating for what looks like a big place is small. The burger itself is very thin and reminds me of a frozen patty. The construction, my cheese was not even melted, the lettuce and tomatoe. pathetic. The price, a burger with fries and a beer will cost you $ 18. This is more like a fast food joint and I think it’s price point for product is to high.
The ugly, the bread. It was 4x as thick as the meat, It’s really all I tasted, the bread is so dense and thick for a skinny burger. I actually considered taking the burger off to see what it tasted like.

I love a good burger, so I was pretty excited to see this place open.
First impression, place is new, clean and neat.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with cheddar cheese, fries, and a drink. Total damage was $ 13.00
Burger was very good, well done yet still juicy. A good sized burger at 6 oz. I wish the cheddar cheese was melted though, as it was not at all melted. I got just ketchup on mine, but they offer several toppings for free if you choose.
Fries were very good, fresh, hot and salted.
I will definitely go again, just wish they would melt the cheese. Oh, the roll is also quite substantial, maybe slightly too much as the burger is not that thick.
