Typically I love this place! It’s a little pricey in comparison to others places but they have great service for the most part. However, I just came in for a gel polish (not full manicure seeing as I just got a manicure a week and a half ago by them). After telling them I’d just had a manicure not too long ago with them and I just wanted the polish job because I didnt need another manicure, I was charged $ 20. I thought it was $ 10 for gel polish by itself. I probably won’t be back.

The new management is great. My nails looked amazing. Donna is so nice and she really took great care of my nails even though they were closing up. Definitely come here.

I went to Bellagios for the first time today, and it seems like all of the «bad service» that I read about in previous reviews has been resolved by the new owners/​management. I received EXCELLENT service, and only had to wait a minute or so. I didn’t feel rushed in any way, and the staff was very kind. A good pedicure for a reasonable price! I will definitely return.

Walked in, set down and Charlie did a great job on my full set. I will return to this location.

Definitely this nail salon is underrated. I took my friends recommendation to give this place a shot. To be honest, their services were much better than reviews that I read. This salon was really nice with great décor. They had plenty of space with really comfortable chairs. Last time, I came here to get a new coat for my nails and they didn’t let me down. So love it. Would highly recommend this place.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The man that did my pedicure today smelled like an ashtray. He didn’t trim or file my nails. He didn’t do anything but watch tv and rub my legs. I came home and removed the extra polish he left on my skin. Will NOT be back. I advise you to do the same.

I actually gave this place another shot and it was much better than my first visit. I actually think I like this place enough to go back again. I was disappointed in the fact that they overcharged me for my 11 year old because she wasn’t serviced in the «kiddie» chair. Most people age 7 and over are way too big for those «kiddie» chairs.

If only having a really nice interior made up for the quality of service, unfortunately that’s not the case. First the wait was ridiculous, after waiting for 30 minutes they started on my nails and then halfway through they still hadn’t started helping my friend, who was getting both a mani and pedi. She ended up not having anything done, which is probably a good thing because the guy who was going to do hers had to remove the gel polish from the nails of the girl he had just painted, because it was all over the edges. Then, a woman came from the back asking if someone was going to come do her eyebrows because she had been sent back there and nobody had gone back to help her for 20 minutes. All I can say is they need to figure out there time management or hire more people if they want to offer better service.

I NEVER leave reviews, especially not bad ones but I am so so disappointed in this salon. I had high hopes, however the entire time I could tell it was her first time doing acrylic as she looked confused and continued to cut up my fingers. After she left my nails crooked and bloody she charged me $ 5 more than the menu price list. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

First timer. As pretty as the interior is, the salon felt dirty. I felt rushed. My mani was mediocre at best and my pedicure was done by a young man who was completely inexperienced and somewhat inappropriate. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the job was great but I left with wax on my forehead and in my hair. Don’t think I will be back. Too bad great new location.

1^st time and loved it! I cut my nails extremely short and my nails look great! Very reasonably priced! Pedi was wonderful as well!

I’ve been here 4 times since they’ve opened. They are always courteous, kind and respectful. The prices are well within normal for the area. It is VERY CLEAN. They use clean instruments every single time. They don’t do anything that I don’t ask for. They speak English very well. I have never been anything but happy here.

The chairs are very uncomfortable. The staff is not friendly & very inexperienced. One of the ladies did not know how to take off or apply gel color. I had a pink and white solar fill & yuck! They will serve you wine, but I think that is so you will get drunk & think your nails look good. Go across the street to Serenity next to Kroger off Epps Bridge.

Very lovely store, lots of colors, doesn’t smell like other nail salons. I got a decent pedicure despite the fact that she forgot the sugar scrub. However, the manicure — oh my, no. There was a wait, and by the time my tech got around to the manicure, maybe she just wanted to be done already, or maybe she’s just not good at manicures. First, I was given the manicure at the pedicure station instead of being moved to the manicure area. My arm was propped strangely on a pillow for the polishing. My other arm was pulled across my body and propped at an uncomfortable angle. I asked for a French manicure, I wish I had taken pictures because it was like no other French manicure I’ve ever seen. The tech appeared unsure of how much of a white tip to leave. Also! She cut my nails unevenly and then didn’t file them. It was just a hot mess. I’ve never had a manicure before, so I kept expecting something different to happen, some step that would fix up all the loose ends and leave it looking great, but that never happened. I left with a manicure that looked like something a 12 year old at a sleepover would do. Maybe they’ll get better, maybe it was just because they were ready to leave, but I’m not chancing it again.
My friend who was with me also got a manicure, her tech made a phone call halfway through and stayed on the phone the rest of the time. Very unimpressed.

Really nice, clean nail salon. I walked in and was helped immediately with no wait. I got a pedicure and sugar scrub and it was fabulous. They also have 4 children-​sized pedicure chairs, and offer childrens manicures, pedicures and polish change that are a reduced rate than the adult version! I will definitely be back with my 5 year old daughter, who loves getting pedicures!
