American Nails

Each and every visit the staff is awesome! I always have jimmy do my nails he is amazing. I’ve been going there after many failed attempts at other salons. Julie does great pedicures and waxings. I took my son for his very first pedicure and Tina did an awesome job cleaning up his ingrown toe nails.

Clean facility, very friendly staff! Walked in & was helped right away. Beautiful results, exactly what I wanted! It’s my first set of acrylic nails, and she kept them thinner and more natural (and shorter by request) so it wouldn’t be such a huge shock from my super short natural nails. Very happy!

I am very picky about the way my nails are done. I’ve had a few not very well done experiences. So I’ve pretty much avoided having them done for almost two years. Michael did EXACTLY what I described and they’ve lasted far longer than any other time. It’s three weeks later and I need a fill-​in but my nails STILL look great!

I normally go to TA Nails which is just a few feet from American Nails, but today I decided to try this salon out. Upon entering the salon I was immediately greeted. There was just one other customer in the salon already being serviced so there was no wait time for me. After taking my time selecting my polish color Michael (my technician) began on my acrylic full set ($ 23).
The color selection was great! Many OPI & China Glaze polishes to choose from in an assortment of colors.
I will say that the furniture is a bit old/​worn out. There are 6 nail stations all accompanied by black leather office chairs (black duck tape was on mine, covering a tear in the leather) and 8 spa pedicure stations with massaging chairs. There is just one sink with hand towels for drying in the rear of the salon.
From what I observed, the staff seemed friendly & the other customers seemed pleased as well. I never felt rushed or as if Michael was rushing to get the job done which was comforting! He did a great job on my nails & I plan on returning for a fill-​in and a possible spa pedicure.
