Wanted a Stella and a burger. Fat Matt’s food truck made a good burger and TOB had my Stella on draft. I ain’t disappointed. Can’t give over three stars because of my own standards(never given 5, but hopeful) but it was good and I’m happy.

Great new spot for fun! Indoor seating in case of rain, big screen TVs, fenced beach volleyball courts and kid’s playground under the oaks with tables and chairs for family to sit. Good variety of food trucks…5 when we were there. Nice clean restrooms and grounds. Owner said he plans to build a gymnasium on the other side of the playground. We had shrimp tacos from the Scratch Bistro truck and they were wonderful. My husband also had Lobster Mac and it was great! We will definitely be back with my grandkids! Seriously, in another review, someone is complaining about a fence and the logo? If you have a safe place for kids to play, you need a fence. And the logo is a beach volleyball. Some people just need something to complain about, I guess. But there are NO complaints here!

A nice place but it has a very confining feeling to it. Due tot he proximity of the tall chain link fencing, I kind of felt like I was in a prison yard. The Taste of Boerne has room for just a few food trucks so I think the selection on any given night will be limited. They do have a very nice indoor seating area which also doubles as their bar. The bar has several beers on tap and some bottled selections. They also have soft drinks from a fountain. I guess you have to prioritize when you open up any business and it appears Taste of Boerne thought 3 huge sand volleyball courts in lieu of more space for food trucks was the way to go. I don’t know — maybe it is…

Best place in town for food truck dining and a good time with sand volleyball courts. There is a one way path to the play park for the safety of children. Amazing, friendly workers that want treat each and every customer like family.

Oh the potential… I’d rather call it The Waste of Boerne. Beer, food trucks, volleyball and a playground sounds like a great idea! But poor design and poor décor are a buzz kill and the logo is pathetic. These things matter people! The bar area is nice and has a decent selection. But the chairs and tables look like they are from the 1980s and not the cool 1980s. The food truck area is cramped. If you exit the bar area towards the gigantic volleyball beach a lovely chain-link fence is right in your face. You can take a nice stroll down the chain-link pathway to burn off your beer to the playground that is littered with some colorful chairs and playground equipment. The beer is expensive and the cups are smaller than the ones at Random Bar. There’s no corn hole or other interesting yard games to play. Maybe a redesign and new vibe will make this place great in the future.
