Jolie Nails

Extremely disappointed with my experience here today. Visiting from out of town and chose this nail salon based on the reviews I read. My daughter and I walked in to get a manicure and pedicure and were greeted by Lisa who was the owner. She asked if we had an appointment and I said no which didn’t seem to be an issue as we were sat in the chairs right away. I quickly realized that the lady doing my pedicure had someone walk in just minutes later that had an appointment with her. She rushed through my pedicure in order to get to her other client. I was left with streaks in my polish which she said was my fault and that I must have messed up my nails, I assured her I hadn’t even touched them. She barely used the pumice stone on my feet leaving dry dead skin on my heels and the «massage» consisted of her rubbing lotion on my legs and feet. It was very obvious that she rushed through my pedicure. When she came back over to fix the polish on my toes, I told her that they shouldn’t have taken me and simply explained they were too busy and we would have come back. Her response was that it wasn’t her fault and blamed her boss for having her take me. My manicure was done by Lisa, again rushed and left with streaks and bubbles in my polish. Bottom line, if you don’t have time then be up front about it and ask people to come back so you can do a proper job.

I have been getting my nails done since I can remember and in that time I have yet to meet such a lovely group of people. Everyone was so incredibly nice, attentive and seemed genuine. So unlike ANY salon that I have been to, especially in South Florida. I bring these things up because while it wasn’t the best looking pedicure that I’ve had, the people alone would make me go back with little doubt. Lisa recognized that it was faulty and without me saying a word, cleaned up my not so perfectly polished toes. I was impressed with just the effort to make it right which again never happens without having to basically demand it.

I love this place! Every now and then I have to have my nails done out of town and I’m never as happy as I am at Jolie.

I went here this evening for the first time as I usually go to a similar nail salon across the street. I got my usual, a gel mani and pedicure, and it $ 38 w/​out tip. I was there about and hour and half from start to finish; they didn’t rush through the services. The pedicure was great and my technician didn’t skimp on the leg/​foot massage. The massage chair was good also!
My least favorite part was The TV playing Judge Judy; I should’ve asked for the remote ;)
The people working there were friendly and I will be back. Definitely worth a try!

I think this is the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She did a great leg and foot massage for a long time too! Will absolutely return to see Jen. Very friendly atmosphere. Could not be happier. Oh and great massage chairs too!

Great customer service, nice looking salon, reasonable prices and they move fast.
Will be back.
