This place is very popular especially on weekends. I love the Cubstas and the bagels remind of of those in NY/​NJ. The only problem with this place is they tend to mess up orders as others have described in their reviews. Lately I have been lucky and they have been good for me the last few weeks. My bf was mad when he ordered a flagel and they gave him a bagel.
They introduced a new rewards system that uses an app. I have already had issues with it. If you use cash, and scan your virtual card, your transaction gets listed as $ 0! I have emailed support, but no one gets back to you, so add a card to the app when you sign up if you want credit for your purchases. I think they should fix this technical glitch, since it’s not the customers fault the program doesn’t work correctly.

I finally had to write a review. I like the bagels and coffee here but this location just can’t get it right. Every time I call in an order on my way to work, I get there and it’s wrong. EVRY TIME. Today was finally the deciding factor. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore.
I’ve tried to like this location because it’s right next to my work but it’s always messy and everyone seems frantic, even when there’s only 3 people in line. My friend and I called ahead so that we wouldn’t be late to work, and we were late anyway because they had to remake his order. Also, if we weren’t so late we would have went back and had them remake his coffee AGAIN. He got a caramel freeze and it tasted like coffee grounds and water with about a spoonful of whipped cream on top. There was absolutely no caramel flavoring and was a weird watery consistency.
Some of the staff is friendly and nice but seriously do not have it together at all. If it wasn’t for the young guy with the tattoo on his wrist, I don’t think we would have gotten out of there for a while. He fixed our order that was somehow butchered over the phone and got us going. I honestly can’t believe that there’s so many good reviews on here. Hate to say it because the people that work here seem nice, but after consistently being let down (more than a few times) I gotta say it… this location sucks.
(RANDOM FUN FACT: They were on an episode of Long Island Medium, one of the employees was talking about his father passing and they interviewed him in front of the fountain outside.)

Saw this place on an episode of Long Island Medium with my wife so we decided that since we’d be in the area we’d try it.
I’ve gotta say I enjoyed the bagels. Were they life changing? No. Were they good? Yes. Would I come back? Sure.
The store is clean and set up decently but since it’s really cold for Florida, seating inside was at a premium. We got a booth after a few minutes and settled in. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Our friend got an omelette with a bagel and hash browns and she is from Brooklyn and knows her bagels. She said they were good, though she’s had better. My wife and I both had bagel sandwiches with the ham, bacon and sausage and both of us enjoyed them.

Great service at this spot. I’m not what sure what they put in these things to make them the best bagels in South Florida, but I am sure there is some sort of addictive substance… THEY ARE SO GOOD! Get the everything bagel with cream cheese and enjoy your morning.

I have been to the franchise in Fort Lauderdale and I was starving at work today so I drove to the location in Boca to get something to eat. I ordered the bushwick that comes with eggs, tomato-​avocado salsa and jalapeño. When I got my meal, I noticed it was missing the salsa which is no big deal but I didn’t want to eat just egg and jalapeño so I went to the counter to just ask for a side of it since it should have come with it. The woman at the register couldn’t seem to understand what I was saying and once she finally did, asked the kitchen for the side. I heard the woman preparing the food go on a mini-​rant about people these days expecting perfection and being so needy. Someone really hates their job. And to be as unprofessional as to say that while I am in earshot it sad.
Look, I’m not asking for my sandwich to be remade. I just want a side of sauce. No big deal. I’ll put it on myself since you failed to. No reason to throw a fit. Oh and once I got the «salsa» it was disgusting old pre made guacamole that I would have rather not had at all. Maybe she was trying to do me a favor by leaving it off.
I will definitely return to other locations, but I was clearly not impressed by the Boca one. Einsteins is getting my business from now on.

Friendly staff. I heart the coffee bar. The ice-​cubed coffee is fabulous!
Unfortunately, bagels are average, and the BACON, egg, cheese bagel was a disaster. Super thin bacon, mostly fat and not cooked ended up on the bagel. Highly disappointing.

Recently having moved to South Florida from NYC/​Brooklyn. I ran to Brooklyn Water Bagel for their coffee and bagels. Their bagels are definitely New York State worthy. Crispy outside and not overly doughy on the inside. Their coffee has a great nutty flavor and I crave it. But what really keeps me coming back is the friendly service. I came in late, near closing — had to have my daily ice coffee. Their ice cubes are the best part — made of filtered coffee. Since it was near closing the ice was empty, Lexus D approached me and said how can I help and with a smile ran to the back and filled the machine within in seconds. Fast forward about a month later I ran into her again at BWB and she remembered me — that’s Brooklyn service and coffee.

never again! Went in for lunch with my husband we ordered two sandwiches and another bagel toasted with butter all three bagels were as hard as a rock we had them remake the two sandwiches and the bagel that was toasted with butter they messed up and brought a bagel with cream cheese and my sandwich was still hard as a rock. And then on top of that the trash was overflowing every single table top was dirty and both restrooms had no running water however I saw two employees using the restroom so that makes me question where did they wash their hands? Needless to say never again

Ok, the iced coffee (The Cubsta) is amazing. And I used to enjoy the bagels, but please see my photos. Barf. This place is filthy. Get your coffee & get out!

Had the spinach mushroom and eggwhites. The sandwich was good. moved here from NYC and have been searching for a good bagel it had more crisp then any other bagel but it’s still not like home. I would still come back the coffee was really good… only complaint is I asked for everything bagel and got wheat.

Bagels are very good as well as the cream cheeses. I like how they have the giant black and white cookies for sale too

Good idea, poorly executed. If they actually made the food there it would be something. But the eggs are either made in large batches or pre packed as scrambled. The grilled chicken is frozen strips… A toasted bagel seems pressed and burnt and the only cheese they have is American. Other bagel cafes do a much better job.

If you’re looking for a light, clean, veggie breakfast to start off your day, get the Bushwick bagel! Nothing says «breakfast» like a soft, chewy Asiago bagel with Pepper jack cheese, fresh jalapenos, avocado, and fluffy eggs. Don’t forget to order an iced coffee, too! They brew a strong cup of coffee, and offer tons of syrups and creams for total customization. Go on and get ya some!

Not all bagels are the same! We had the most spongy bagel! There iced Coffee is cubed with frozen coffee so you don’t have a watered down buzz! I think there is one in Coral Springs and Hollywood too. They supposedly ship Brooklyn NY water down to give us the divine bagels! Lol! It’s always busy so plan some time to enjoy!

This establishment serves some of the best bagels I’ve eaten. Made fresh every day and never frozen. While waiting on the usual long lines, you can watch the chefs preparing bagels through a glass viewing area (similar to Hershey’s chocolate factory) and they make fresh water every day through the «Brooklynizer».
I’ve had both the bacon, egg, and cheese as well as the ham, egg, and cheese which both come on toasted plain bagels. When eating in they deliver your steaming hot bagels to your table
My only complaint is that if you want water in a normally-​sized cup you have to pay extra.

I like the bagels and the iced coffee very much, however I had to update my review since they keep messing up my orders. Today was the worst, as I was frustrated and actually drove back to get them to fix their mistake. I went back and they apologized and told me they’d correct the order. They made the sandwich again, I heard the girl repeat my order correctly, then they wrapped it all up again. I did not want to stand at the counter and open it up, as I was sure they couldn’t possibly screw it up again, but they did.
I will most likely go back as I like their bagels, but I would advise people to check their orders as this was not the first mess up, and probably won’t be the last time they mess up orders.

Delicious and fresh! A must try! Try any of the signature sandwiches and you can’t go wrong! Great quality food and very affordable!

We love the company, just maybe not this location. You can’t fill the coffee yourself, they do it for you. The cashier was counting money in the register and then filling something out, looked at us while we walked up, didn’t say anything and then after 45 seconds or so she said «what do you want?» Seriously? Business is that good that you can just talk to people like that? The girl gave me an attitude when I asked for a refill on my iced coffee as well, this place is pretty funny.

Hands down the best bagels in town! I drive 20 min ever Sunday to the location in Delray on Military Trail just for the whole wheat everything bagel and love their coffee! Love the Delray location!!! This morning however I went to the one on Federal highway. Ordered the whole wheat everything bagel w veggie cream cheese & lox, an iced coffee and I purchased a bottled water. My husband also ordered breakfast. While waiting for my order I asked if I could have a cup of ice to pour my water into… it didn’t feel really cold. The manager Ashley was really rude and said I would have to pay $.50 for a cup w ice! I was supposed to go back on line and pay! After I complained she still wouldn’t do it. I will never go back to that location again! Bad customer service. Worst manager Ashley.

I’m so glad I discovered this place! They’ve got a variety of different bagels that never disappoint, and their sandwiches are to die for. My usual is the Staten Island but I get it on their yummy Asiago bagel, along with that sandwich they have four other signature offerings.
Brooklyn Water Bagels is the only place I know that uses coffee ice cubes! I get the chestnut cubsta and its a great treat.
I don’t know much about the history of this company but it seems like they’re doing well and the people at this location are very speedy and kind. I am excited to see what is in store for the growth of this perfect breakfast/​brunch destination.
