Professional, prompt and pleasant.
I spoke with Ross, the owner, on the phone and via email. He was always responsive to my many questions and always treated me with respect and was very professional and is a very nice person.
I had 3 toilets replaced, I thought it would be a major headache, but it was a very easy experience thanks to Ross and the excellent crew. They wore booties over their shoes, were very careful and respectful of our home. Did a great job, quiet and clean and courteous.
I give them 5 stars +++

Terrano plumbing is an excellent service. The owner, Ross, is very responsive. He is helpful and solves problems. He is available every day and will help you fix your plumbing issues. I really enjoyed working with him.
Ross replaced a water heater and repaired a bathroom for me, completely replacing a bad tub and toilet. He matched tiles to minimize the coat of replacements. And when I needed a shower curtain hung, Rose came and hung the curtains for free.
