Really disappointed in my visit this morning. I ordered two coffees, and two toasted bagels for me and my girlfriend. The cashier rang me up for an extra butter croissant that I never even asked for and I didn’t realize until I left the store. I would’ve gone back inside and said something but I was running late to work and I didn’t have time to. Also, with our two bagels, they only gave use one thing of cream cheese, and the bagels were only half toasted and chewy. The only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars is because the coffee was good.

I had one of the worst experiences with a Starbucks. It was pretty slow and no one waiting for a drinks. I waited for a bit and watched several customers come in a order and their drinks. The Barista who was not smiling and looked very unpleasant just ignored me. I finally went back to the person I ordered and asked if maybe my drink did not get ordered. She proceeded to come and make my drink. No explaination. It seemed that everyone was more interested in chatting with their friends who were hanging by the counter. Needless to say I will not be back to this Starbucks. There are so many more with better service. I would hate to see how it is on a busy day.

God lives here ! Haha ! Obsessed for years and this is the closet one to my apartment. Nice people, clean environment. The drive through can get terribly long lines sometimes but that’s because it’s the BEST !

One of my favorite Starbucks to go to! They are always smiling and friendly. Erica is by bar one of my favorite baristas ever! She’s super sweet and is always willing to go above and beyond with her service. I don’t think most places realize how much a smile or a friendly hello can change someones day. Thanks for all that you guys do! You rock!

Good coffee. I recommend you visit this place. I think they might have a future. Much to my surprise, the place is filled with hip young people. I thought coffee was a older persons type beverage. It’s nice to see that young people are catching up on a dying trend… Gives me hope for the future of mankind. If you enjoy the incessant beat of old reggae music it is also a good place to go.

The s l o w e s t. drive thru anywhere. Hands down. Always is every time. Inside the store is fairly darn slow too, maybe not quite as bad. If you are pressed for time, try the nearby Dunkin Donuts.

So, how does one review a SBUX, as many Unilocalers write things like«Well, its SBUX, what more can I say?» Yeah, the coffee is consistently the same at whichever SBUX you go to, so for me, I focus on the: (1) VIBE/ATTITUDE of the staff, their FRIENDLINESS [its a turn-off to me if those taking orders don’t smile, appear stressed, or annoyed]; (2) CLEANLINESS of the over-all store, especially the condiments area; (3) MOVINGTHEORDERQUEUE [like, how’s their teamwork?] and (3) UNIQUESTUFF This SBUX opened about a month ago, is a DRIVETHRU, appears to be very busy, both the drive-thru, as well as in store walk-ins. Theres a lot of staff, they work well together, the barista greets you as you walk in, and those taking your order have an upbeat attitude, and some have started to remember my name [ah, the warm fuzzy feeling of recognition goes a long way, I must admit]. The store is well maintained, clean tables, floor, condiment area, and the(smallish) outdoor sitting area is clean, as well. Bathrooms clean. All signs of a real GOODMANAGER. BESTOFALL, they have a CLOVER unit, which, is a brewing system that uses vacuum-press technology to brew one cup at a time. If you have not yet tried a RESERVE bean brewed in this system, you truly do not know how much better it is… sure, a lot has to do with their beans used, but the process of brewing is indeed superior. It’s a bit more expensive, but hey, it’s worth it. [Just eat less tacos, boys and girls…] Now, for those who follow me and see all my SBUX pics [including those of rude patrons who occupy a table for 4, spreading out all their crap, or the folks who sit outside and put their feet up on the chairs that I might sit on next], you probably have concluded I’m a SBUX junkie and snob, and yeah, I guess I am. By the way, I don’t know anyone who works there, but am a SBUX stockholder, which makes me even more critical. But this is an objective review, SBUX junkie or not. If you’re in the area, check them out… parking is easy and theres a bunch of it.
