New to the area I wasn’t sure who to call when my pool heater stopped working. Local pool supply company recommended them and I called them. They were able to schedule an appointment around my schedule. They do charge a trip charge but the price overall was fair. I did have the same problem within 6 months and was a little disappointed the customer service rep was not able to explain the warranty to me over the phone and had to talk with a manager when all I asked«What’s the warranty was for my original service?». After a few minutes she did get back to me and insured me there would me no charge if it was the same problem. Unfortunately, when the technician came out he found it was the same problem/part that needed to be replaced but determined it was the way the pipes where plumbed in(inlet — outlet) that were reversed causing the same part to go bad. There obviously was another charge to repair the inlet outlet issue but not for the original part. When asked why the first technician didn’t point this out and repair it during the initial service they could not give me an answer but explained how I would have had to pay for the additional service then also. Overall everything seems to be working fine. I hope not to have any more issues but I will use them again if needed.

Definitely do NOT use Romeaire! What should have been a tightening of fan in my pool heater that was only 14 months old — I was practically forced into getting a new motor. The technician(very friendly) was to look at it and tell me the issue –instead I go outside to the entire motor in a hundred pieces all over the ground. I had no other choice than to say ok to a new motor since I believe he made it worse. I then called their main office and the owner(Rome) was terrible rude and insensitive! DONOTUSETHEM!
