I only gave this one star because I have to rate it. The service from beginning to end is atrocious. Ordered a mcdouble and a small fry, I asked for no onions on my sandwich. It boggles my mind that they got a $ 2.12 order wrong. I went to the first window to give my money and I wasn’t greeted nor was I given a receipt. After I paid he said «yeah go up». I pulled up to the next window, which was closed, when I was finally noticed the guy repeated my order back to me and then just handed my food to me and closed the window. I drove away and proceeded to try and eat my food– as you can guess my sandwich had onions on it and my fries were completely cold. The restaurant was not busy on the inside nor through the drive-​thru.
Since I was not given a receipt at time of purchase I had to use Google to find out what the number to the restaurant was. When I called the number they picked up on the fifth ring and answered the phone with «hello». I asked for the manager and when she came on I told her what had happened and she immediately started talking to the crewmember about not giving me a receipt. When I mentioned that they answered the phone with a hello she said yeah that’s my bad I told them to answer the phone with hello because they’re not supposed to be answering the phone…
I’m so over half assed service. I hated my experience.

Just had the worst egg mcmuffin. The bread was stale and the egg tasted so funky, I couldn’t finish it.

Customer service at this location blows. Too many restaurants in that area to compete with and they just simply don’t care. These are the same people that think they deserve 15 dollars an hour.

They need to re do this whole restaurant inside and out. Both the building and the staff. Rude, lazy, and slow are the words I would use to describe this location. I ordered a mcgriddle with sausage and egg meal. Of course it was wrong. The manager became real sassy about it. Stay away and go to a different location

This place it’s pretty bad considering that it was just redone a few years ago. Rude and lazy is right! Not only it’s the staff like that but so are most of the managers.
I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and they gave me a steak egg bagel. Took them forever to fix it.
I hope they redo this place like they are the rest of the plaza and bring in new management

Horrible experience! Which is depressing because I love McDonalds, but I got 2 McChickens, a medium fry, and a lg sweet tea. When I drove off, Half my fries were GONE. I might as well have ordered a small or kids size. Not only that, but when I went to take a drink of my tea, the lid wasn’t even on and spilt it all over my new white shirt! Only thing that they DID do right was the McChickens. Id recommend other fast food. Never had a problem with all the others.

The worst! Food quality of Breakfast burritos showed me management has NO MINIMUM quality standards. Have been given stale cold, inedible food out their to go twice. They should lose their franchise license.

This is by far the worst run, most incompetent McDonald’s I have ever been to in my 27 years on this planet. The staff is rude and they literally don’t understand simple instructions. One employee was actually eating fries out of someone’s bag as she was bringing it to the drive thru window. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible mcdonalds. Worst one i have ever been to. The food sucks and the employes can’t get basic math skills right.

Workers were quick and friendly. No complaints.

Rude, lazy, & slow pretty much sums up this place. I wont bore everyone with the incidentS that occurred during my visit. But The hot food is the ONLY thing that prevented the 1 Star rating theY worked so hard to earn.
