I was in this store yesterday to return a pair of linen pants that I bought and decided I didn’t not like them when I put them on. Heather one of the store managers came up to me promptly and asked if I needed help. I said yes I need to return these pants for store credit. It had been longer than 30’days so I knew before entering the store that I was going to receive a store credit. Heather examined the pants for about 5 min and then came up to me and said I’m not sure I can give u store credit for these. She said«they feel like they have been worn». I said well u are incorrect they have never been worn I’ve only tried them on. She then proceeded to show a different color in the linen pants and said here feel the difference. I then picked up another pair just a different color and said don’t these feel different then those. She then said well they all feel different because of the different color. She rudely said she had to go in the back to call corporate to see what they say about returning the pants. I waited 15 min for her to come back out and say well I’m going to ship them back and go ahead and give u the store credit. Either heather didn’t want to send the pants back or she was profiling me and trying to give me a hard time. Most of the other employees seem happy to be there and to help you out. Heather was extremely rude.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They assisted me with ordering a piece from another store due to it being damaged in store. They even gave me free two day shipping as I needed it by a certain time.

Beautiful clothes but terrible service. I come in to purchase my Lilly every time that I visit Florida because, until now, there was no Lilly store in the Chicago area. I am never greeted. It’s not like the employees don’t know when I walk into the store. There is a bell that rings each time someone walks in. This was my last visit to this store because I have had it with the rudeness, and there is finally a store in Oakbrook Town Centre! I hope that the service there is superior to the Boca one.

I love Lilly Pulitzer however I will be buying from online now. The attitude of all the younger girls is that they are much better than everyone else, not to sound rude BUT you are working a retail job. One individual in particular I don’t remember her name I only recall her scowl she was extremely rude. She should go back to college and have fun with her sorority sisters. I don’t know if they work on commission, but I hope they do. Very dissatisfied! I gave this 3 stars because I was in a generous mood. Go to PGA, shop online, or go to Delray. Most of these girls have their heads so far up there you know what.

Oh my Lilly! This store is super girly with plush pink couches and a rainbow of dresses, skirts, swimsuits and other feminine staples. There is a small guys’ section displaying polos and printed shorts. I love all the bright colors and prints! The dresses are comfy and well-made, but way beyond my budget. :(Maybe sometime I’ll get lucky enough to find something on the sale rack in my size! I was able to buy a bag in my limited-edition Delta Zeta sorority print though! :) Fun Fact: Lilly Pulitzer originally had a juice stand in Palm Beach in the 1950’s/60’s. She started wearing bright colored dresses to camouflage the juice stains, and the dresses became more popular than the juice!
