I really dissapointed with the lady. She didn’t get what i want. I was order ice moccachino and she gave me hot moccachino and has no taste. Never come back here again!

Terrible service. Ordered 3 coffees charged for 4. And we noticed a cockroach and ants all over the food, told worker and she replied ‘it happens’. Horrible experience.

It’s very disappointing while waiting in line today for coffee and a pastry to see many roaches crawling in the food case! When brought it to the attention of the workers they just nodded and said well sometimes that happens! Discussing as do many people wait on long lines to see it is not kept properly clean.

We love this Starbucks! Only had one bad experience out of like… four hundred visits. lol

I had the peach green tea lemonade. it was veryyyy good, I just wish they didn’t put so much ice in it.
the guava cheese Danish was EVERYTHING. Especially warmed up.
both will keep me coming back.

This is a small outlet with a narrow waiting area and almost no seating, but if all you’re after is getting a cup of coffee or another Starbucks beverage, this place will do the trick. Staff was polite and efficient.

Super busy but super friendly staff. Very quick to greet me and take my order. I had a pepperoni tomato foldover and a caramel macchiato with soy. The foldover was delicious, considering its «fast food». The macchiato was not too much cream and not too sweet, just right. A good location with good employees!

Standard Starbucks drinks, but there are some really nice employees here to make your visit special. If you visit enough times, they usually have your drink ready for you by the time you get to the register, without you having to tell them anything. My favorites are the Starbucks double shot on ice and double tall flat white.

I go because it’s convenient… Same person takes my order 3 days a week and still can’t get it right. But the TIP jar is right there. If I go to a bar4 days a week I probably would get a drink on the house… But here all I get is the wrong coffee.

This is simply the best customer service I have had from any Starbucks anywhere. Staff was kind and courteous as well as very quick with getting all the order done in one the speediest fashions I’ve ever seen!

Super busy is the word for this Starbucks inside the boca town center mall. I have never seen this location empty ever.
Even the apple store is empty at some point in time inside the mall but Starbucks seems to always have a line. Now I don’t drink coffee but I like their other speciality drinks but doesn’t make any sense to spend $ 6 a drink plus wait 10 – 15 minutes the cost of the drink is really $ 20 considering the time you spend.
The one thing about Starbucks is they always have a nice area around to sit and enjoy the drinks and this one takes advantage of the sofas in the mall.
Also Starbucks is very consistent in the quality of drinks from one location to the other and they seem to have found the secret to making sure that the customer keeps coming back again and again.
Don’t know why people prefer Starbucks but I guess good for them!!!

I’m not really a coffee drinker but My son enjoy their croissants and I like the Tazo tea. Friendly staff can’t go wrong

Always friendly, excellent coffee — they are always extremely busy but always fast and fabulous ! The best coffee !

While the drinks are the same as the other 7 million ‘bucks… the attitude of the barista Bs remind you that you are in Boca.
The advantage of this place is that there is a side-​area with several tables — makes it nice area to get some work done.

Had the blueberry scone. Surprisingly fresh and tender for 6:00 pm!
