Overpriced, dishonest and rude. When you order directly through the store for a local, classy, made with TLC arrangement, they point you to the FTD ‘recipe’ arrangements at FTD prices. And, that’s what you get… $ 53 for an extremely small, wilting, sad and skimpy bouquet of cheap MINI CARNATIONS and GERBRA DAISIES. Unsuspecting husbands/​boyfriends beware — this place is a COMPLETE rip off with zero accountability.

First, I have to say I am shocked by the poor reviews below and they are nothing like my experience. I hate ordering flowers. I live in New York and for the past 8 years since my family has been in Boca I have dreaded ordering flowers. Every website is a rip off, you get 6 flowers that come half dead, the flowers you get look nothing like the picture you chose, and worst of all you try to stay within budget by ordering a 39.99 arrangement just to find out at checkout it’s really 70 bucks after delivery charges and other fees. Yesterday I decided to try something new. I googled florists in Boca and chose this one based on positive good reviews. I spoke with Josh who was very helpful, gave me everything I asked for and more and never once made me feel like I couldn’t get something nice out of the prices I gave him! Since living far away and never being able to see what I get I asked Josh if there was any way he could send me pictures of the two arrangements and sure enough I woke up the next morning to two pictures of beautiful arrangements and I felt like I was actually happy with my purchase. The flowers were gorgeous and way over value… the looked fresh and beautiful! I felt proud to send them as opposed to the other crap I’ve been sending for years! I will never order from anywhere else again when ordering for my family in Boca. It was too easy! If you don’t give them a try you’re silly! I’m a New Yorker who is hard to please… and I can honestly say I’m very pleased :)

Do not use this florist. I was promised same day delivery. After the third call they finally admitted that the flowers would not be delivered so I cancelled the order.
They delivered the flowers the next day anyway and then charged me twice. I choose a bouquet online and that is not what was delivered. Once I saw the charge on my credit card statement the employee told me the owner would have to take care of giving me the credit which never occurred. I tried calling one more time to get the credit and when no one returned my call or issued the credit I had to contact my credit card company.

Go elsewhere, I cannot think of one reason why you should go here because I surely can’t think of one reason why I’d go back.
I will say my first time going there was the day before Valentine’s Day, but my experience wasn’t effect negatively because of the holiday. The young lady who assisted me was very nice and helped me right away!
Now why the two stars!!! The arrangement vs the price… I saw a dozen pink roses on their website for $ 69 excluding taxes. Obviously the pink on the website displayed bloomed vibrant pink roses. Completely understand that probably isn’t the case ALL the time or day one. I guess in a few days after Valentine’s Day when they bloom and grow that will be nice… The vase is just your run of the mill $ 2 vase, no ribbons, or anything special. I’m sure ribbons, bows, etc. are extra & they did offer me balloons and chocolates.
I have purchased flowers and roses much more beautiful especially the vase, ribbons, etc. for $ 25 plus cheaper!
Now in all honesty and no joking! I seriously could have put this EXACT same arrangement together at Publix for less then $ 25, and thought would include all the bells and whistles I’ve talked about above.
I really believe if I was to ask the manager would you buy these roses for $ 75, he’d have to stop and think for a minute. What I received is kind of what I’d expect from 1800Flowers…
I’m not trying to rip Exceptional Flowers a new one because they’re a local business, and they are very polite, but what you get for the price just doesn’t invite you back.
Not sure if the biggest holiday for roses played a part in this but knowing this is the biggest day for your business didn’t leave me wanting to come back.
