I agree with Stephen, they are awful. They hand out violations left and right. They want to redo the streets and tell you that you have till December to pay and then send you a notice every month. Now they want to charge every month a fee added to our HOA fee to spray front lawns only and trim only tall palm trees. So we don’t have tall palms and we still have to pay. They are so money hungry. The board is useless, I was told they have the right to make the decisions! OH! Are they paying my HOA fee? The neighborhood should get to vote BUT the problem is no one cares around here. When I ask to talk to a board member they never let me. No stars

Property management ha ha all they do is place ridiculous fines on you for stupid issues and as do kindergarten kids they play favorites within the board. I can’t imagine why though oh yes I do that’s who keeps them employed what a joke have fun with the state attorney’s inquiries
