Cannot express my disgust for these people enough. What an awful company. They do NOT communicate at all and they lie/​beat around the bush when your looking for an answer. Beware!!!

Very dissapointed with this management company. .they do not respond well to issues… its hard to talk to someone in charge and get the full scoop on what’s going on and they took our money.

if i could rate this company a 0 i would, what a worthless bunch of crap. after trying to find out why my cable bill is not being subsidized by my homeowners association, all i get is a cocky answer that they will look into it. it has been 5 days and still no answer. i will be going to the better business bureau next week to file a report.

Unbelievable how terrible their project management is. Over 5 years to paint and repair the buildings… If you live in Verano at Delray, you know what it feels like to pay $ 580/​mon on condo dues only to live in a what looks like a ghetto.

I wouldn’t recommend them. Communication is always an issue with them. They don’t respond to anything nor do they return phone calls. I would rate them at the bottom when it comes to management companies and I have dealt with many of them. I agree with Rueben and Kathleen. It appears in my opinion Edward V used their services for something other than Property Management and hence he has a different review than the others on here. Ironically, Russ i the person who manages our community and I have had to speak to supervisors and board members about him not returning phone calls or responding to emails.
