BRIO Tuscan Grille

This place is basically your standard chain restaurant — I’m not too big into chain restaurants but my boyfriend had a gift card so we figured we would use it. It has nice décor, busy and the ambiance is nice. Our waiter wasn’t too attentive. Food comes out really fast — but maybe they can speed it up on getting out the drinks… The menu isn’t too appealing to me but everything we got tasted good. The caprese salad is good but comes with more lettuce and really not that much mozorella. My boyfriend loves the bruschetta quattro, which is 4 different kinda — two slices each. I definitely recommend trying the lobster bisque, that was actually my favorite!

Had dinner on a Saturday night before Valentines Day. Restaurant not that crowded. Service not good. Nice waiter but made lots of mistakes. Took 10 minutes to get glass of wine Two in my party ordered a salad along with entrée. Salads came after they brought us our entrees as we told them that salads never served. Was not served bread until we asked for it and it came at end of the meal. The bread is not Italian, think it is sourdough. Seems like Italian restaurant should serve Italian bread with olive oil. I had veal milanese which was ok. Don’t remember what my friends had but we all found the food mediocre at best. Ordered coffee and I asked for milk. The milk came about 10 minutes after coffee was served. They did realize that they had made a lot of mistakes and gave us two complimentary desserts which was nice. Don’t plan to go back to Brio.

We have heard good things about this restaurant so my wife and I decided we go out and have dinner there the other night. The ambiance is nice the food was terrible we started out with a chop salad which was so soggy it must have had the dressing sitting on it for a long time. Then I had the grilled chicken with potatoes and vegetables which had no taste and was cold and my wife had lasagna which was tasteless with hardly any sauce my wife makes better lasagna. The service was slow so I didn’t want to send it back and wait any longer only thing good was the bread nice warm bread. I don’t know if the cook was having a bad day but we weren’t pleased with our meals.

The food here is excellent. They have an optional healthy menu with items under 650 calories. Service is only average, but it’s probably because they are understandably usually busy. Avoid their rewards cards, which are a WASTE OF TIME. They’ll try to entice you to use their card by noting on the check that if you just go to a website and fill in their tedious registration form and enter a very long number that you’ll get credit. Except you won’t. You’ll also have to enter other obscure numbers from their check, etc. Their prices are high enough that you probably wouldn’t go frequently enough to overcome the aggravation of using their cards anyway. So, forget the gimmicks and just try their salmon salad.

We had lunch today and my wallet was stolen from my purse. Management was less than helpful when I reported the theft inferring not possible in their restaurant. No security let people loiter. Other managements attitude food and wait staff great.

This place gets two stars for being less than average. If you want mediocre Americanized Mediterranean/​Italian food at a high price brio is for you! Service at the bar was pretty weak. Two bartenders but it took ten minutes to be greeted and asked if we wanted a drink. Two glasses of house wine and the shrimp Mediterranean ended up being 37 $. Also just as a tip in case a manager reads this. Have your bartenders to go elsewhere other than directly in front of two of three customers at the bar to count money. Also please don’t put the cheese on top of the tip jar. Alsoooo, when someone orders pasta, offer cheese. So simple!
If you want convenient and mediocre come here

Down here for the Boca Raton Bowl and stumbled upon this restaurant. Burger was excellent and the service was too notch. Would recommend visiting here

Attended a party. We were 20 guests. There was one server for 20 people. Food arrived cold and had to be returned. It took at least 30 minutes for coffee to be served. The coffee was bitter. Those who ordered drinks were given separate bills to which they added charges for the coffee. Coffee should have been included with the meal so they had to take all the individual checks and redo them. I did not hear any of our party say anything good about the experience at Brios. To conclude overpriced, average food and poor service. Draw your own conclusions.

Not happy:(stale crackers, bean soup was a chili, they say they have expresso coffee, for an Italian restaurant the worst expresso I have had! Basically poured normal coffee in a expresso cup.

Went here over the weekend for a girls lunch. We were a party of 10 (6 adults/​4 kids). The food was great and large portions. Our waiter was attentive even to one of my friends who is high maintenance.
I had the chicken milanese and it was perfect. I try to stay away from pasta due it its heaviness but this dish was just right

I’ve always been a fan of brio, this particular location had a lovely outdoor seating area. The food was wonderful and quick, although the service was disappointing. The hostess acted like she was shocked when my friend and I asked for a table. We just randomly picked a spot to eat, so we didn’t dress up but still, the waiter was okay. Didn’t check up on us more than once but did what was required and the couple next to us had was having a huge argument with their waiter causing a scene.

I had Brio’s signature pasta at the Delray Affair. It was pretty good! I would describe it as an A La Vodka sauce on rigatoni. Based off the small sample I would consider trying the restaurant itself.
They have online ordering for pick-​up if you want to get something quick for lunch. You can also make reservations on their website. They also have brunch, lunch and dinner. They offer catering and a gluten free menu. They have large and small (light) plates including a dessert menu with portion options. Convenient for those who diet or restrict their caloric intake.

Enjoyed the Pasta Brio — rigatoni, grilled chicken, garlic, seared mushrooms, creamy roasted red pepper sauce.
Service was nice and knowledgeable — lots of attention.

This is a restaurant that you might want to come to when your other two choices have 2-​hour wait times. Even then, Brio might be a bit of a wait, based on where it is, which is nestled right in an area jam packed with other high scale restaurants. The clientele is on the older/​senior citizen spectrum, but that doesn’t mean it is a bad clientele. Atmosphere here is very nice, inside and out. The interior has a pleasant ambiance, with the only minus being it is very noisy inside. Plenty of tables outside, and especially on a nice night, eating out there can be a great plus. Another note, parking here can be a nightmare on busy nights. Plenty of valet options, but if you see a spot, no matter how far, take it!
The food was okay, but nothing memorable. Started out with bread, which came out hot, and it was severed with real butter served on a plate. As well, it came with these Asiago chips, which was a nice addition. I had a Kale Caesar Salad to start off, and it was a bit bitter for my taste, but a good portion size. For my entrée I had the Chicken Milanese, which was good, but nothing amazing. The portion size I found a bit small, just two medium size breaded breasts, and the cheese they put on it was very minimal. I substituted mashed potatoes for my pasta, which was a bit of a wash, because I didn’t find the potatoes anything fresh; it tasted like something they heated up in the microwave. The food quality just wasn’t there, and the menu options weren’t huge.
Service is SLOW. Our waiter was nice, but he barley came over to check up on us, and it took a while for him to bring us out of food and other items. Now the place was crowded, but still I could tell that the service needed a strong talking from corporate. The pricing here is pretty standard for Boca prices, but that’s not speaking positively for this location. The costs don’t justify what you actually get. With so many other restaurants within walking distance, going to bat for Brio is a stretch. The reality is, there are just too many other good Italian restaurants to make me seriously consider coming back to Brio.

Brio is pretty nice. I realize it’s a chain but this location holds up pretty good on its own. Good selection of dishes that tasted good too. Very accommodating staff for our party of 11. We celebrated a birthday that night and they made sure to make it a memorable occasion. And, I ordered a mixed drink and was actually able to taste the alcohol.
Not fine dining but a fine family experience!

I came here on Sunday afternoon for a baptism celebration with about 20 other people. We were seated in the back room for special events. We were also given a special menu with only a few options for our meals. We had the choice of lasagna, shrimp diablo or pasta brio. I got the lasagna. And two other people at my table got the pasta brio and shrimp diablo. Thr lasagna was small portion wise but it tasted good. I tried all of them and I think the best of the three was the shrimp diablo. I was worried it’d be too spicy for me but it wasn’t very spicy at all. All our meals came with Caesar salads and they brought out some bread to start us out with. The service was a bit slow but I think that was probably because we were such a big group.

Brio is a fantastic italian restaurant. They have wonderful lasagna as well as great spaghetti and other pastas. Their restrooms are quite clean. Their bar is terrific. They have a great happy hour. Their bread is spectacular. I love practically everything on the menu. There sometimes is a wait for a table but that is because the food is so good. I highly recommend this place. Go for it!

Great place for a nice, relaxing lunch with a modern and chic environment. The customer service was fantastic. I ordered the lobster bisque and a Caesar salad. Very satisfying but nothing outside of what you would expect. I love my lobster bisque served over crème fraîche which I would expect at a high end restaurant so no disappointment here.
Brio serves complimentary bread and the Asiago/​Rosemary crisps are addicting! I have also tried their chicken chipotle panini which was very savory. Large portion for a panini so I couldn’t finish it. Overall a very pleasant experience!

5 star venue (gorgeous) and great service — we came at lunch when it was not crowded.
Food is just average but my kid’s Chicken Parm with Penne meal ($ 7) was terrific — better than the adult food.
Next time I’m getting the kid’s meal!
Nice selection of desserts.
I also enjoyed the frozen bellini.

Great brunch menu. Good portions, good value, great taste, puppy friendly. Mahi mahi dish is delicious. Mediterranean shrimp great spice flavor with faro… Sauce on the side… So delicious we didn’t need the sauce Pasta pesto with grilled chicken was fine tasting, well presented and totally satisfying. Service was great and so where our puppies.
