Before signing up with this company I did my due diligence and learned how a warranty actually works and what to expect. However, upon viewing the company website and speaking with an agent I felt that all of my needs were met with this company. Now being a member since 2013 I have had to use the service for my central AC Unit on two occasions. I call the claims center at around 7pm on a Saturday and they provided me with the technician that services my area. Not only was the tech knowledgeable but reflected the same courtesy that the representative who sold me the policy showed. It turned out the motor went bad on my 7 year old system which would have cost about $ 278 but all I had to pay was the $ 55 svc fee. Then about 6 months later the motor went out which was going to cost about $ 560 and again the only out of pocket expense was $ 55. Although I expected not to have such a major break down I am glad I took this plan out! Especially since this issue occurred around the holidays and that was not an expense I was prepared to pay! Keep up the great work. I also referred my grandfather to the plan and they sent me a $ 25 gift card for a referring a family member! Now they are paying me to keep my coverage :)
