Dr. Albert is a great painless dentist. I’m very satisfied with the work he has done. He pays great attention to your feelings and doesn’t cause me any pain. His office manager Cheryl is great and very efficient. I particularly like the dental assistant named Elvira. She is so kind and careful about not hurting the patients. I would recommend asking for her for cleanings, etc. She is a wonderful caring person. Dr. Albert’s Family Dentistry is first-rate. I highly recommend it.

I went to the dentist for a toothache and i was told I needed 8 fillings. The dentist didn’t even take x-rays of my whole mouth. They only took one x-ray of the problem area(and they didn’t even cover me with a vest while taking the x-ray). I let him do two fillings that were in the problem area. The receptionist told me that I needed to pay upfront so I did. Well i ended up having pain for 4 months. During those four months I went back to the dentist 9 times and each time they kept telling me it was an adjustment I needed. I kept telling them its not an adjustment and on the last visit the dentist finally redid my filling. Well it still hurt after that so I went to a new dentist and I found out that Mounir Albert had put a filling on top of my nerve and I need a root canal. When I called my insurance to see if the money I paid for fillings could be applied to the root canal my insurance company told me that they dentist office never put the claim in for the fillings. They did the procedure and charged me without ever putting my claim into the insurance company! Would not recommend to anybody.

My wife went to this Dentist and had a horrible experience. The receptionist/office manager was deceitful, dishonest, and plain rude. After agreeing to the recommended procedures, totalling zero cost to us because our insurance plan would cover everything besides the $ 5 office visit, the office manager harassed, embarrassed, bullied and demanded that my wife pay $ 400 in advance for the recommended permanent crown that the wanted to do after putting in a temporary crown today. After describing to me the situation, I personally called the dentist office to find out what happened and the«office manager» was completely rude and condescending, refusing to reverse the charge that should never have been made by her. Completely unfair practices and deceiving, BEWAREANDSTAYAWAY!!! Save yourself the time and trouble. We will be pursuing a refund and possible emotional distress damages.
