Staff was very unfriendly and seemed to not care about customers. They sat and talked to each other and blew anyone shopping off. When we asked for help searching the simply said they«didn’t have what you are looking for». Will not go again.

Thank you so much to the team at Treasured Moments Bridal. It was an absolutely delightful experience. A HUGE shout out to Susie! She is patient, kind and does incredible work. I love her to pieces! My dress looked incredible and she made me so comfortable and we shared lots of laughs! Thank you a million times! So glad I chose Treasured Moments. Shop small, shop local everyone! These ladies make your experience so comfortable and they know your name :)

Just have to say that I stopped in today bc I was simply in the neighborhood. I had planned to make an appt and come back another time. But the service I got was incredible. I told her I was looking for a destination/sheeth dress. She said«I know what would look good on you!» And pulled the most gorgeous Maggie Sottera dress and since it wasn’t busy, she put it on me right then and there. I’m in love. I’m now convinced this is my dress. She could not have been more lovely.

BRIDESBEWARE!!! Not surprised at all to see all the negative feedback on here about this hell hole… My cousin is getting married in July and I am a bridesmaid put in charge of getting 4 bridesmaids dresses, MOH and flower girl dresses as well. My aunt and I came to TM bc the dress my cousin asked for was very difficult to find, but TM had it but they all needed to be special ordered. Long story short, this past summer we ordered a total of 5 dresses, gave all the wedding parties measurements and placed the over $ 1,000 order that day. About 6 mo passed and we had not heard anything from these ppl. The dresses were supposed to arrive within a few mo of being ordered… Or so we were told. My aunt(whom paid for the purchase) called into TM a few weeks ago and they said that they had not placed the order yet !!! Nearly 6 mo later and no order was placed? They LIED and said they had not received the measurements for the rest of the bridal party… BS! They received EVERYTHING the day the order was supposed to made way back in July. So, I went into the shop last week to see what was going on and to make sure the dresses were in fact ordered, AGAIN. The 2 older women and a young, ditzy blond were working and were very rude saying it was our fault the order was not placed and WE should of called them to confirm. UNBELIEVABLE! Now we have to wait till 2 mo before the wedding to get the dresses, ship them out to the bridal party(whom all live throughout the US) and make alterations as needed. Talk about a time crunch. This place is unorganized, unclean and the staff is not educated whatsoever in customer service. I would suggest going next door to Alfred Angelo. I’ve heard good things! I would not suggest TM to anyone for any reason except maybe getting prom or homecoming dresses… Do not trust this place with anything wedding related especially if you need anything ordered.

Went here yesterday with my best friend to pick out her wedding dress. From the beginning of the experience we could tell it wasn’t going to be the positive experience she had dreamed of. Our consultant wasn’t really listening to my friend at all. Wasn’t pulling dresses that she wanted. Kept telling her which ones were the best sellers instead of looking for one that would meet her expectations. When she said she wanted to try one on, we the heard the words«That’s out of your budget» way too much. They also seemed almost irritated with the amount of people we had with us, which was 8 people that the bride wanted there. If you enjoy poor service, I highly recommend this place. But if you want your wedding experience to remain special, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Terrible. I happened to be town for business and was very excited to go to this shop. It looked super nice from the outside(no prom dresses in the window) and was right on the main strip. I walked into the store and there was a man that was very clearly affiliated with the business, a buyer, a salesman, a vendor, he was there for business, not pleasure. What he wasn’t there for was to talk to customers. He didn’t even turn around. I start fondling the dresses, because touching them is a sure fire way to get someone to talk to you. Sure enough I start to finger dress number two and a petite, mature woman greets me and asks if she can help. I briefly explain to her that I have seen a dress style that I like and want to try it on to see about fit. 1 style. 1 dress. That’s it. She responds by telling me it’s close to the store’s closing time, not that they are closed, but they are approaching being closed. Turns out they close at 5 and I was there at 4:46. Who knew a retail store wouldn’t stay open long enough for people to get off work? That’s all right. I’ll take my business and money and go elsewhere, very much like Julia Roberts did in Pretty Woman, just without the prostitution part. If your lights are on, your sign says open and your door is unlocked HELPYOURCUSTOMERS. Do your job. The fact that you dismissed me speaks to how little you wanted to make a sale. I will never, ever, ever go to this store again. Ever. Go somewhere else brides this place is garbage.

I was recently in this store with my best friend, who is searching for a bridal dress. Needless to say, it was a less than ideal experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and lied us regarding the status of the bathroom. The consultant, Janet, chose awful dresses for my friend, and did not offer any other options afterward. She did not listen to anything we said, and rushed us out of there as she had another appointment. She also held a clipboard up in front of her face while she whispered about us with another consultant. We were so disappointed in our experience, and will never return to this salon. We promptly left the salon, and proceeded to Toula’s to purchase the dress of her dreams, with the nicest customer service. Do NOT waste your time here!

If you are a new bride, chose a bridal salon that will assist you in any way they can to make your experience special as you search for the perfect dress. Treasured Moments is not that kind of bridal salon. I am newly engaged and visited Treasured Moments to try on dresses based on some friends’ recommendations. When I walked in, no one greeted me or my mom and I had to make great efforts to «check in» for our appointment. As we were waiting, I needed to use the ladies room so I headed to the back where the restrooms were located. There was a sign on the door that read«Out of Order» so I asked a woman in the back office if the bathroom was, in fact, out of order. She looked me up and down, paused, and then stated it was out of order.(My sense is that she thought we were walk-ins and did not know we had an appointment, as if it would make any difference). When my consultant, Janet, finally got around to introducing herself, she spent no time asking about the styles I was interested in trying on nor my body shape and preferences. Instead, she asked me to pull some gowns off the rack(in essence, she asked me to do her job). As I was trying on m first gown, my mother learned that the bathroom was in fact working so she went to use the ladies room(i.e. the staff lied about it). Janet assisted me in trying on six gowns and offered no explanation about the gown, the designer, nor the features that made the gown special(i.e. detailed stitching, embellishments, etc). She was completely uninterested during my consultation. After we tried on all the gowns, I expressed that I wanted to get dressed and take a look on the floor at the gowns(because Janet had done a poor job of selecting gowns for me). Even though my hour consultation had not expired, Janet informed me that she had«another appointment» and that was not possible. I immediately left. To all brides, this is a wonderful time and you should be treated with courtesy. Bridal gowns are pricey, and a bridal salon should have impeccable customer service because you are making a big investment, emotionally and monetarily. Treasured Moments lacks these qualities and I would recommend that you look at the many other lovely bridal salons in the Youngstown area.
