Do NOT go inside thinking it will be faster than the drive thru! I went inside because the drive thru was lined up past the speaker. There was only two people ahead of me and I waited 25 mins for my food! Meanwhile I could of made it through about 3 times in the drive thru…

Man, this is the slowest drive thru. Just go inside. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. And I used the mobile app to order ahead! Just use another location if you are in a hurry.

When I was in high school I stopped by this place. I bought a couple tacos. When I got home I opened the tacos to add hot sauce and to my surprise I found pubic hair inside the tacos. I was enraged. I drove back to Taco Bell and asked for the manager. The manager that talked to me said there was no way that the food that I received could have had pubes in it. I was amazed. To this day I don’t eat food without checking it, from anywhere. Especially from Taco Bell. That’s the type of people that work there I guess. Losers that put pubes in peoples food and losers that blindly defend them. I’m so glad I don’t live in Blue Springs any more.

Worst Taco Bell on the planet. Slowest service of any fast food place I’ve ever patronized. I live close by, so unfortunately I’ve experienced their poor service maybe a dozen times. Logged in and wrote this review while not moving in the drive thru! Ok, maybe not the worst– the food is always cooked well and the people are nice– it’s just the speed…

Horrible don’t go there. Waste of time and horrible service! Broken machine they should have closed down but didn’t. .no one wants to sit and eat and your can’t hear the person across the table. slow service.

We went there the other night to get some food to take home. The screwed up our order, again, but when my wife called to complain, they offered to refund us for our order and give us a correct one for free then next time we come in.
It’s fast food, but this was the best recovery from having screwed up an order that I have experienced.
