This is the worst Burger King that I’ve ever visit in my life. With an F– service. It took them 15mins to make two burgers, before I ask them for a refund. And this wasn’t the first time. They need to replace those employees, before they run that resturant to the ground.

TERRIBLE ON ALL LEVELS!. The place has a funny smell to it… there was dirt. (actual dirt) on the floors and the employees look really dirty and unkept to be serving food. Despite this, I walked up to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes while the employees finished laughing and chatting with each other like I wasn’t even there. I walked out and I will never return!

Are ya kidding me? This isn’t a misprint… I went to this BK that is linked up to a Gas Station. It was like 9:38 pm & attempted to go thru the drive thru… went up to the ordering menu & nobody came? I spoke into mic…& nothing… drove back n forth a little to perhaps beep the sensors… and still nothing? I really love BK burgers compared to McD’s but after 7 – 9 minutes I said forget about it!!! I drove around and thru driveway & still saw no one anywhere? What a lousy nite… I ended up going to McD’s…by the way my daughter actually works at a McD’s & she along with my son wanted BK??? Not from here anymore!!! I have always tried to be loyal but this BK has always had issues and handle the guest experience with less than perfect follow through… most of the employess here act like they hate their job and that we owe them more??? Lousy service or lack of service equals no customers!!! Goodbye to this BK!!!
