This is a fantastic auto repair shop. They quoted me almost a thousand dollars less than other shops on the repair for my car (new struts and strut mounts all around and a new clutch and inspection) and took care to make sure everything was still done properly. From my experience this shop is not incredibly fast at turn around (takes about a week for major repairs), but the quality and the price easily make up for that. These are good honest guys who will do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. I wouldn’t choose any other shop.

Full service which is usually fast, but I stopped in for an oil change and they put my gas cap on wrong. Long story short… oil spilled all over when I began driving and my car started smoking from under the hood, and it cost over $ 400 to clean it all out. NOT thrilled about what that oil change ended up costing!

The best place I have ever taken my car. I have lived in Blue Bell for 15 years and this was the first time I came here. My car needed a lot of work and when I got it back it runs better than ever. The place is very busy you cannot wait for your car but I have never dealt with friendlier people who really care. Also I have never been offered a ride home like they did at this place. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

8 months pregnant, with only 2 miles left worth of gas in the car and the man at the station tells me I can’t have gasoline because I pulled into the wrong lane and the extended length hoses won’t reach my vehicle.
It’s not his fault that I’m low on gas but WAY TO LEAVE SOMEONE STRANDED.

Good guys. Good, honest, work. Luigi has always been upfront with me and has always given me a good price. No complaints at all. They’ve also dropped me off and picked me up from where I work.

This place is a rip-​off and the guys are crude and rude.
My mother took her car there for a repair, and they tried to charge her $ 600. When my mother complained, they laughed and said,
«What, how about $ 700? How about $ 800, huh?»
My mother became upset and left. I believe that they tried to rip her off, because she doesn’t speak much English.
She took her car to a different repair center where they charged her less than $ 100.
I personally take my car to Monroe in Blue Bell.
