Rudest staff in this store. Never dealt with a pharmacist but they tried to rush me out and not honor the same coupons I’ve used without issue at the other Blue Bell CVS on Skippack Pike. It was so bad I left my basket and drove to the other store to buy the same stuff however this time they took the time to actually honor my coupons and get me a fair price. I will never be coming back

The pharmacists that work here are the worst I’ve had to deal with. They seem to be confused as to which prescriptions you’ve filled or haven’t filled(can’t they see that on their system?) and I had a great deal of of miscommunication with a number of them trying to order a prescription they didn’t have in stock. I asked for an order to be filled and they said they’d have to order it as their store was out of stock and have it for me in a few days. I asked if other CVS stores in the area had it in stock and they said they could transfer my prescription to a CVS that had stock. Arriving at the other CVS, it turns out my prescription was never sent so I ended up having to wait for the first CVS to call the first CVS, get the order, and fill it. I waited around over an hour for this. They also put on hold and didn’t bother to even order another prescription I had asked for even though I called the day before to confirm that my prescription would be in on time. The pharmacist on the phone was extremely rude, cutting me off as I tried to confirm that my prescription would be available the next day. They swore up and down it would be. I went in and apparently it was never even ordered! They were sorry for the confusion, but seriously, if this had been an important prescription like an antibiotic or something should I really have to wait around for days for these guys to figure out what they’re doing?
