Ok– this review has nothing to do with clothes, prices, sales or cheesy advertising. This is about the staff. We came in to hit the clearance rack for some clothes for our rapidly growing boys. Of course, being right after Christmas, they insisted on bringing some new toys to play with… Because clothes shopping is so boring, right? Anyway, the 4 year old had a transformer of some kind and set it down. When we came back to look for it, my wife found it, but it was missing a leg. She gave the store our phone number in case they found the missing part. I didn’t hold out much hope. Well the next day we got a call. An associate had found it, and another said, «Hey! Someone was looking for that!» They called us up and we came and got it, to the delight of our 4 year old. So while there could have been a lesson about taking care of your toys, and I’d have thought no less of the store, because anyone could have just tossed that part, they didn’t. Thanks for taking care of guests long after the sale. Well done!

Old Navy is a plague on America. Disgustingly cheap stupid clothes, and the worst TV advertising ever. I’m sure they’ve caused suicides. Old Navy is a perfect example of what sucks in America.

I work here… but I hate the style of clothing that Old Navy offers. It’s cheap – sure. But it’s cheaply made.
