My rating is based on my experience with Allie at the Estee Lauder counter. She was absolutely wonderful. Very talented, patient, and helpful. I was there for my bridal make-​up and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Find her for your make-​up needs!

If you’re not already familiar with this Macy’s, don’t drive out of your way to come here! The store is extremely small and carries limited items. I think of this store more like a out-​of-​date JCPenney than a Macy’s. The ceilings are low and the store is cramped. I’ve seen what Macy’s is capable, and this is definitely not cutting it. The employees I have come in contact with were professional and knowledgeable. Like I said, don’t drive out of your way to visit.

I practically forget that this Macy’s exists even though I am at Target, and in essence, the mall, at least once a week.
Selection is very limited and this place needs a makeover pronto; it is so dingy, old, and just icky.
The couple of times I have been back in recent history the few staff I have interacted with have been friendly though. I guess I was spoiled with the Macy’s and most definitely the Nordstrom’s back in Portland.

Went to Macy’s Salon after reading the two posts below. I am more than pleased. I usually walk away from a salon and feel like my hair has been butchered, but Terry did a wonderful job. My fiancé very much approves as well.

Probably the worst Macy’s you’ll ever be in. It’s small and cramped. Everything is broken, and they treat their employees like dogs.
