Great cookies and great service despite an unfortunate event that just occurred. As a frequent customer, and I mean on a weekly basis, this place sells a great product and the owner has personally reached out to me. Also, the person who posted the complaint has a history with causing trouble within the mall. As a victim myself at another store, I can tell you she’s a psycho who’s out there to get people. Hopefully the mall will ban her as other employees agree she should be.

I am horrified with this place. Recently saw a friends post on this company. Specifically the mall of America location. She witnessed an employee licking sugar off her hands and then put on gloves an continue to handle food with no hand washing in between. The customer confronted this employee and was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism at it’s finest. She attempted to get the name of the employee, the name of the manager (who was standing witness to all of this), and the number to the corporate office, which was denied to her. Upon walking away with her young child, the employee proceeded to stick her middle finger up at the two of them, which was caught in a photo. Again, I am disgusted by the behavior of these employees and think that something needs to be done. Until then, I will not be buying anything from this company and will also encourage others not to as well. GROSS!

GLUTEN FREE BE WARNED! They claim to have gluten free cookie and I have tried this about 6 times. 2 of the 6 times I have become ill for days. The «gluten free» cookie tastes delicious and is very soft, chocolatey, and chewy but am am not sure if all of the staff is cautious enough to prevent cross contamination with the cookies for those with serious allergies. I even had to ask not to have my gluten free cookie touch the other cookies, which I thought would have been a no brainier.
If you do not have allergies the cookies are yummy they even have brownies, cookie sandwiches, and cookie cakes. I like to buy them as small gifts from time to time. But if you have allergies I recommend being careful here because some staff are more careful than others.
