CALL D’s DETAILING! I felt compelled to compose one of the few reviews I have ever written. On my drive down to IU with my 5 year old Golden Retreiver he had a «stomach issue» and let’s just say… bodily fluids were repeatedly coming from every orifice — saturating the passenger and driver seat of my BRAND NEW Jeep Cherokee. It didn’t even have 1,000 miles on it yet.
Upon reaching the hotel I did the best I could to remove the «liquid-​ish contents» but I have the high-​end leather seats with the seat heaters and coolers and the «contents» seeped through all the holes and seams of the leather into the padding below. I got on Unilocal and looked for a mobile Car Detailer. Dustin came out immediately and honestly told me the only thing that can be done was to remove the leather and clean or replace the padding.
Even though he did not have the capability to take apart the seats, he was willing to give me his competitors name and phone number.
He told me that they may be too busy but if they could not help to call him (as he had connections in the Detroit area, where I live).
As he expected they could not fit me in before I had to leave, so I contacted Dustin and he actually called his connections and they called me first thing the morning after my arrival home. Who does that anymore???
If you need car detailing… call Dustin I can’t remember dealing with any business that had better customer service.
