The office staff is unprofessional. They lost my file both times I was there. I couldn’t pay the second time I came because they didn’t have my file. So, when they did straighten things out after I left, they sent my billing to a debt collection service. Poor ethics, poor staff, substandard doctors.
Unfortunately, this business is set up with patients out of mind and money in mind.
Please do not support his corrupt business. There are plenty of other dermatologists in the Bloomington area.
