I was very hesitant to write this review because I don’t like writing bad reviews about certain places. I went to this nail salon for acrylic nails and pedicure. I’m very disappointed because my nails are horrible, they are uneven if you look at them at an angle. I had them do acrylic and 2 of the nails they put on we’re smaller than mine so when I told the lady about it she didn’t like the comment I had made about her removing it and putting in another one that actually was about the size of mines. I figured by the time they added the wax it would look more in place. Also on the second day that I had them done the corners started coming apart. The pedicure was horrible. Day three and I’m looking at my toes and the nails are very dry on the corners & the polish is on the skin. I’m never going back and I I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Just for your reference I always get my nails done so for me to complain about this place it had to be really really bad so just be careful and try another place.

The people were very nice, and they made sure they did them exactly how I wanted! I showed them a picture & although they didn’t have that color they mixed powder to match it almost perfectly.

Place was clean, they burned a candle or something that was gagging me. I had to ask them to put it out. The guy that did my feet was OK, but I hate the way he cut my toenails. Everyone normally cuts them straight across and then files them straight across. But he started cutting the corners so now they’re weird and ugly. I have to wait till they grow out… I won’t be back though. So the search is on… again.

I went because the reviews were good. Good call. My nails look great and my service was on point. Everything was good. Great value as well.

I have been in this nail salon for about a year. Im not quite satisfied with the old owner when i first move down and live here in Bloomington. However, this nail salon is just owned by new owner and I gotta tell something about them. :) … Customer service is 100% satisfied. Even though their English is not so good, but I totally understand what they mean. Rosie did my pedicure many times, doesnt matter how busy in the shop, she always take times on every customer including me. John, her husband, did a very nice job on my nails acrylic and they do last longer than the shops around. The nail salon is clean and organized, I definately come again and again.

I saw 2 cockroaches waltzing across the floor while sitting in a chair with my feet soaking, waiting to get my pedicure. That says enough. I thought about walking out but my feet desperately needed it and every other place was busy on a Saturday afternoon. I chose this place because it’s close by. The man who did my feet did an okay job, but I f, eel it could have been better. It felt like he just wanted to get the job done and move on to the next person. The woman sitting next to me seemed like she got better work from the lady working on her feet, so maybe it was just the man. Either way, the cockroaches and filth turned me off from ever coming here again.

Overall nice ladies, but this place is pretty filthy. & I wasn’t really satisfied with how my nails turned out. 1^st time going here & I’ll never go back. Chairs were dirty. Towels were dirty. Pretty obvious they don’t clean their tools. Didn’t put enough coats of polish.

Love this place!!! Very quality service. The nail technicians always take their time to make sure customers are happy.

Worth the wait. Finally found a nail spot I like. The ppl are friendly and speak English well. Take their time to ensure quality work. You actually get a foot massage when u get a pedicure. Will definitely be back!

Stopped by on my way home to Las Vegas. This shop is in a small strip mall in a somewhat suspect area with a guy cooking tacos outside next door. Don’t let that stop you. LAN is amazing! I wish I lived near this place so she could be my regular nail girl. My full set was fast and flawless. Her nail design skill was also truly talented. LAN listens to your request and speaks English well. The prices were also super affordable. Definitely check it out if you live in the area.
