Delicious pizza… Thin crust, tasty sauce, pizza perfected… Almost taste like Brooklyn pizza…

Pretty good plain slices. What sold me on the place though was the buffalo shrimp pizza. I was lucky enough to stumble in one early afternoon when they had it by the slice!

Never going back, the pizza is bland and oily, what a disappointment. If you want good food I recommend staying away because you wont be happy.

The grilled chicken is the bomb. Decent pizza too. Never ate inside the restaurant. Owner seems cool too.

I ordered a chicken caesar salad. It was absolutely horrible. I asked for extra dressing on the side. When I looked at the side of dressing it looked like it was in that containter for a few days and left out of the fridge. it had that gross jell that forms on top. Bc it was left out. I didn’t even open it. I tasted the salad and the dressing had no flavor to it .it was the most disgusting caesar dressing I’ve ever had. I ended up just eating the chicken but still that wasn’t great either. very disappointed.

pizza is. pretty good and the veggie lentil soup hits the spot on a dreary snowy evening. friendly staff, low prices, a tv at the counter area to watch sports from a few stools facing the street and the diligent laundry doers on the other side. oh to live the life watching the life of the priveleged 20% from outside, but while enjoying good soup… There is a sit down Italian restaurant which is part of the same establishment

Excellent. I constantly order the buffalo chicken wrap with the ranch on the side. Comes with a little macaroni salad on the side :). The tortellini soup is good as well.

Food was ok but very disappointed in owner and his staff customer service! definitely not going back after the terrible and rudeness I encountered!

Love love love this place! Okay first take out, pizza sooooo good! The dining experience was great! Quaint typical Pizza pasta place but food was great!
The where open to changing the dishes, I live broccoli rabe with my chicken franchise. The owner came out and greeted us.
What else can I say well I can go on and on!!!

Awesome food, best pizza I’ve found in the area, aside from mr. Dino’s which has super expensive food.

Excellent food staff is friendly… Never a bad dish. This is one of our favorite places to eat in town. We have even requested different dishes and they perfectly made them as well. I would suggest anyone to try them and see for yourself.

Had the wings they claim they were delicious we had it delivered so it came super fast I live close maybe that’s why I would defiantly order again must have new owners way better than last time total turnaround

This is a review for Casa Turano – the sit-​down restaurant portion of the establishment.
The food is fresh and properly prepared and made-​to-​order.
The service is somewhat slow and a little gruff, making this a tough spot for lunch. 6 of us went during restaurant week, arriving just after 1. We were not through with our meal until a touch after 2.
Unfortunately, while the food was good enough for a return visit, the pace made this an unlikely spot for a return visit during my lunch hour.
Everyone enjoyed the meal and agreed that the food was quite good. However we all were a bit frustrated with the slow and seemingly disinterested service.
I imagine that there’s a reason that there was only one other party present upon our arrival, and that it was empty with our departure.
Hopefully they do better during dinner, but having read a few other reviews, I imagine it’s even slower when the place gets an actual crowd.
As an aside, the parking lot is miniscule, and on-​the-​street parking can be challenging.

I love the taste they put in their pizza it always comes out great the courtesy of the employees over the phone is extremely pleasant and highly great I’d recommend park side pizza to anyone who asks for a recommendation

I have been ordering from here for a year and a half and was fond of the food and pizza. The delivery was always long but I didn’t mind because the food was good until the last three times they messed up my orders I let it go until today! I called back after waiting for an hour for my pepperoni pizza that wound up being a plain pie and they were nice and told me they would make a new one and bring it to me. An hour and a half later it’s still not there so I call again to find out what’s going on and I got the same response we can bring you another one at this point it’s almost 930 at night and I didn’t want it. So park side pizza keep the money and you just lost a loyal customer!

Decent Italian delivery, but they take forever. The gnocchi is delicious and my hubs is sold with the Sicilian pizza. And I will mention that the Sicilian mini pizza can easily feed 3 people (it’s huge). I tend to stay away from the chicken dishes since they are all swimming in oil with a weird after taste.
Stick with the pasta and just remember delivery is probably going to be more then 45 minutes.

I have noticed that most of the negative reviews on this restaurant are based on late deliveries. I am aware that if you do order takeout it may take longer than usual, I am also aware that they do not excel on all items on the menu but there is something they do well «Chicken» that’s right Chicken Entrees.
My four stars goes to respective items mentioned below. The sauce used on these dishes are outstanding.
Chicken Murphy Hot or Sweet with Mushrooms, Onions, Potatoes, Peppers in a Wine Sauce.
Chicken Francese Egg Batter, Sauteed with Lemon, Butter and Wine
Chicken Giambotta Sauteed in Garlic, Mushroom, Potatoes, Pepper, Sausage in a Wine Sauce

A bad string of orders.
Parkside was our go-​to pizza delivery for the past year and a half or so. Things were great at first, but the quality of delivery has gone way down hill as of late.
A couple orders in a row we ordered a pizza with ham and a couple of other toppings. The ham was missing when we got it, but we were charged for it.
There is a sautéed tomato pie on the menu. The first couple times that we ordered it, the pizza was sauce, garlic, and no cheese – like the tomato pies in Philly; the next couple times it was just a normal cheese pizza with tomatoes.
We ordered a Sicilian, half with toppings, half with cheese. Got it all with toppings.
We regularly order the bruschetta. Last order, it looked like someone played catch with the container. The toppings were everywhere but on the bread.
In general, the quality if the pizza has gone down. Hard to put a finger on it, but the pies seem smaller and less evenly cooked.
Tonight we ordered chicken francese over linguini. Made a note in the order to prepare it this way, and asked for ranch dressing with the included salad. Got it with a side of linguine, covered in red sauce and balsamic with the salad; obviously they didn’t read the note. This was finally the point where we called to complain. They’re sending a new one over
We do online ordering, so communication over the phone is not the issue.
I do have to say, calzones are consistently good. And the francese replacement is a winner. But the delivery experience has been miss, miss, miss, without too many hits, over the past six months, that it looks like it’s time to find a new place. (One bad delivery I’ll always forgive, but it’s now rare that it’s a good experience.)
This is based delivery; we’ve always been happy when we go to the sit-​down part of the restaurant, Casa Turano, we have had good experiences, but we haven’t been there in over a year.

Waited almost 90 minutes for a delivery after being told it would be around 40.
Pizza arrived barely warm at best.
It tasted OK, but around here OK is not good enough.
We won’t be ordering from here again.

Nothing special or fantastic about this place. Like every pizza joint in New Jersey, it offers pretty much anything pizza or Italian. The bruschetta was half decent, although with the amount of onions they have in the mix, it overpowers the other flavors. Than again, I do love onions. Also not a big fan of fresh mozzarella, but the onions make me forget there’s any mozzarella in it.
What separates this pizzeria from the 5 others down the street? You can get a heart shaped pizza on Valentine’s Day. If that doesn’t say ‘I love you’ to your sweetie, I don’t know what would.
