Cousins Pizza & Restaurant

I love Cousin’s Pizza. We’ve always had great service. Their pizza, chicken parmesan, and lasagna are delicious. This is our go-​to place for pizza.

Great place. Good customer service, Good food. I always get my pizza from here. I’ve also had the manicotti, lasagna, and baked ziti. and all were amazing. I just left cousins not too long ago and left with a chicken noodle soup and this too is very tasty.

HORRIBLE!!! Bad service. On Friday May 22, 2015 I placed an order based off the prices on-​line. When the lady told me the total over the phone if seemed a bit much but I didn’t think much of it with the taxes and delivery charge now a days. When the delivery driver came with the receipt, I glanced at it, I noticed that the prices on the food wasn’t the same as the prices on line. I called the store and without me even telling the lady why I was calling she automatically put the «owner» on the phone. I told him about the price difference which was about $ 10.00. And he told me «prices may vary». I explained to him that his site doesn’t say that and I’ve never had this issue when places my order with them prior. He told me to send the driver and the food back. Excuse me!!! What kind of customer service is that? I will NEVER order from this place EVER again.

I work in the area a lot, and always stop by to order the chicken cheesesteak. By far, it is one of my favorite sandwiches in NJ. The service has always been good to me. No hassles or trouble. Haven’t tried the other food yet. A few of the people working there can seem rude, but hey, it’s NJ. We’s don’t smiles for nobodys.

Real good hot sandwiches. Good customer service. Amazing buffalo wings. Only real issue is they are not open on Sundays. Other than that definitely recommended.

This place deserves zero stars. I cannot even describe in detail how horrible their customer service is. The last time we ordered from them (which was about a year ago) we received fries that were burnt to a crisp and practically drowned in frying oil — disgusting! So we call up Cousin’s to ask for a new order of fries to be delivered to us or a refund and they got all nasty with us and gave US a hard time! Unreal! By the way– we never received a refund or a new order of fries from them. It’s such a shame because some of their foods are good, but they are not deserving of any business with their disgraceful attitudes. Will NEVER order from them again! Beware of this place!

The pizza here Is mediocre at best, and I’ve been buying here for years, but I believe in giving my business to the local Mom and Pop shop, but no more their service has turned to horrid and the 5 or 6 yr, old they have answering the phones is really ridiculous, I found out that now they charge you a $ 2.00 credit card transaction fee on top of the $ 1.50 delivery fee, thats not counting the tip afterwords, this place has tragically lost touch with good old fashioned service, this is how a place goes slowly out of business, there also now closed on Sunday the busiest Football day of the week, have now given a chance to the pizzeria across the street and they have been great, Mr.Lou.

What I mostly order from here is their cheesesteaks. Delicious. Get the works. Bread is soft and awesome.

I used to always love coming here when this one lady worked here. Now, ever since she left the service has just been terrible. They have this new lady that works there who does not speak good enough english for her to understand what I want. Also, the one time I came here, it literally smelled musty, and there were no customers sitting so I know it had to either be the employees or just the store. That is unclean. I do not come here anymore for those reasons.

Food and service used to be great in the last 6 months (June 2013– December 2013) they have gone DOWN HILL.

Ordered a sub. It was okay. I heard the wings were good, but I have yet to try them. I have not tried the pizza yet either. I guess I would go back. The sub was fresh, not bad. But 3 stars were all it gets.

Pizza was good as were the wings. I use to come and get a slice when I was in HS. Pizza was still good, old fashion pizza that I expect from NJ.

I’m not sure if I walked into a store or pizzeria, I knew it was a bad idea, I should have turned around but, I was on lunch break.
The place looks like the 80’s probably from when it was built yet the façade was brand new. When you walk in they have football jerseys and sports memorabilia on the wall for sale, they have raffle tickets for sale which seemed a littke shady.
As for the food, they have Jamaican beef patties which is weird cause it’s a pizza place, the pizza had barely any cheese on it literally, there was a spot of mozzarella in the center of each slice. The sauce lacked quality. The pizza was tasteless, just dreadful.

made a little mistake while ordering and the owner hung up on me! he wouldn’t even give me the chance to correct myself. was a huge fan but forget this place. food is great but cousins doesn’t believe in customer service, definitely a one star place. btw, been a customer since 2001. I’m really turned off.

Wraps were good. Pizza did not satisfy at all.

Cousins’ pizza is as amazing as its service is abhorrent. Eventually you may end up with a delicious pizza, but to get it you have to endure a gauntlet of trials that borders on absurd. One time the driver attempted to wildly overcharge us. One time it took two hours for our food to arrive. One time it just straight up never came. And the one time I decided to show up and order in-​house, I waited at the counter for five minutes, being ignored by the entire staff of the restaurant. My recommendation is to only order from this place as a bizarre social experiment.

Best buffalo chicken pizza EVER… kinda unreliable when it comes to deliveries

The 5 stars is for the food. Ambience is typical pizza joint, plastic booths and all. But who cares when the food is this good. I had a spinach and broccoli stromboli. Not on the menu, but they were happy to make it for me. A little bit of a wait, but well worth it. First, it was huge. I didn’t even finish half. The crust was light and the filling was a perfect blend of the veges and cheese. The bowl of marinara for dipping was delish. My co-​worker got the eggplant parm sandwich and fries which she proclaimed as wonderful. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices seem very reasonable. I’ll be back when my travels take my to that neck of the woods.

The food is decently priced and not too bad. The biggest problem with them is that can never, ever get the order right. That goes for calling in for delivery and repeating the order over and over again AND if you order over the counter at the restaurant. The manager will send what you want if you call and complain though.
