Not I’m pressed at all. I ordered the fattoosh salad with chicken. Nothing like the picture. It took 30 min to make a salad. They said it was because they cook the chicken fresh. Which the chicken is good. That salad was not at all what I expected not seasoning no pita bread onions lettuce and chicken. It got three stars because it was clean, and the staff was super nice !

While it tastes alright, the chicken shawarmas here have made me very sick the last couple of times i’ve been here. I’m not sure if it’s because it had far too much garlic spread on it, or the lettuce which tasted like it hadn’t been washed. Not to mention there are simply much better places in the area for mediterranean food. Much of the food is just average; Nothing stands out in terms of taste. While i’ve come here for lunch just out of convenience in the past, I will probably pass on Mezza after these last few visits.

In my opinion, the food here is better than expected and find many of the reviews so critical. This is not a four star sit down eating establishment and find it more shocking people are shocked of the trash cans and disposable plates. Yes, I have«dined-in» and no, I did not get sterling silvers, but the food did come to me served with fresh baked pita bread. They make those little pillow pitas right in the kitchen! There is no making everyone happy! I always get the chicken shawarma salad to go with garlic sauce and am always impressed by the large portion of fresh cut romaine, onions and cucumber. Never once have I revived a romaine with pink edges! No pink edges!!!

Gave this Mezza location a second try and I must say it was delicious food. We had a very tasty and moist whole deboned chicken with a great assortment of roasted veggies and amazing hot pita bread. I will be back as now this will be my fav middle eastern takeout close to home!

Acceptable. Take out is good. Don’t eat in — it’s very Spartan and cheap, trash can in middle of floor. Friendly service. Food is decent.

The food was decent. I am giving it 3 stars because when you eat in, they don’t wait on you at this location. You place your order at the counter and they bring out your food, on disposable plates/bowls/silverware. I understand that it saves on labor of washing dishes, but it’s very wasteful. Had the soup and hummus and shared a chicken kabob wrap. It was a decent soup, fresh bread with the hummus was a bit doughy. The sandwich was very flavorful, had no turnips and just enough garlic sauce. Service was quick. Several people were placing carryout orders. I would not necessarily eat in at this location, I would consider it for takeout.

Friendly service. But food is mediocre: watery tomato basil soup with little to no flavor. Shawarma had the lowest grade beef possible. Hard to chew and cold. Came here because it was close to my dry cleaning. Not coming back and sagest you try a different place as well.

Beef shawarma sandwich is fresh and full of flavor. Meat is good quality. Clean place, good food and friendly service!

This was my first time trying Mezza. I can’t say that it was my favorite. Compared to what I’ve had at La Marsa(down the street) I was expecting more. Even though I got pita bread with my food I didn’t get any garlic sauce. Plus my sandwich didn’t have as much flavor as any sandwich that I get at LaMarsa. The Baklava is really good though.

I stand corrected. This place is… ok. I grabbed carryout today with 2 coworkers and the food was just meh. They each had the lunch special with chicken schwarma and a salad, and I had the house salad. The meat in the wraps was stringy, greasy, subpar, and the flavors were off according to them. Their salads were very small, and we never got the cups for our drinks.(To be fair we forgot just as much as the restaurant did) My salad, which cost 7.99 was the size of a postage stamp and didn’t even have meat, herbs, or pita. I saw a salad for 3.99, and I think that’s what they gave me by accident. If not, this was a terrible deal. Given the choice, I’ll probably skip this and just go to La Marsa just down the road. I’m a big advocate of consistency, and this place doesn’t have it.

Went here for the first time over the weekend with my family and some friends. We got there around 7pm, thinking we’d get carry-out and eat at home, as we our baby was getting close to her bed-time. The place was basically dead when we walked in, there were 3 people there, waiting for their orders and 4 staff members behind the kitchen bar. Fast forward to an HOUR and 20 minutes later… We were STILL waiting for our food. Our friend’s order got«lost» completely, and they had to wait even longer. The person behind the register was rude and non-accommodating, even though we’ve asked multiple times about our order. She clearly had no idea what was going on, and was giving us attitude when we’d ask when the food would be ready. Granted, the only person in the whole place that knew his stuff was the cook, as the food came out pretty good. However, the staff and and the whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. Will NEVER come back here again. Stay far away from this place, unless you’ve got an hour to waste waiting for a sandwich.
