I work near by and hit a lot of local restaurants for lunch. Went to potbelly’s(which every one seems to rave about). Right off the bat I was treated rudely by the employees. I was the only customer ordering food at the time, and still had to wait a long period of time for my sandwich. I paid for my food, got my drink. And then was told«I need to get back over here to pick my toppings» RUDE! I asked for mustard and was not aware it was spicy mustard. And was given attitude when I asked about it.(food took long enough to make that I could pay and get a drink before it was done) I mean over all the food was good the employees ruined it for me. I’ll just have to wait 6 months when they have all new employees.

Potbelly is probably my favorite sub chain. They have a good variety of sandwiches and quality ingredients. Besides sandwiches they have salads, milkshakes made from hard-packed ice cream and real fruit(also smoothies), and they are now offering Mac & Cheese. The prices at Potbelly are also competitive to the other sandwich chains. The staff this location in Bloomfield Hills on Telegraph is really friendly and the food has been great. The store hasn’t been open super long but everything has been great so far(over multiple visits so far). The parking lot can be quite busy though — it shares the lot with a Chipotle and a Starbucks. Even so — I’m sure we will be returning frequently to this location.
