There is 3 McDonalds between my house and Beaumont Hospital. This one is the middle one of the trip and I have stopped there before. Never again. The drive thru lady tried arguing with me about how I was placing my order. She got rude and started mimicing me. When I asked to speak to a manager it was the same lady who continued to mimic and said she was trying to tell me how to order because I was ordering wrong. I told her she was rude and she said whatever. As I was leaving she shouted sarcastically GOOD BYE!!!
Good bye is right. I will drive an extra 2 miles for a better BIG MAC.

I stopped here about 1 ½ weeks ago because I was dying of hunger after work. I ordered my usual Quarter Pounder with cheese meal and… OH MY GOSH!!! it was SERIOUSLY the BEST Burger I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. It was actually juicy, and reminded me of what McDonalds tasted like when I was a kid (except even better)! Now, I’m not a huge fan of fast food because it is terrible for you and really packs on the pounds but… I MAY just have to go there again very soon to see if it was just a fluke;) k haven’t decided whether it will better if it is, or isn’t.Adding fast food onto my weekly diet would reek havoc on my girlish figure! Lol

Good to poor customer service. Sometimes they’re spot on while other times they forget your order and you have to wait twice as long as normal. The interior is nice and updated with fish tanks and a TV room. Sadly on the TV they broadcast conservative FauxNews propaganda which is unappetizing to say the least. When they’re asked to change the channel they look at you like you’re an alien say only the manager can do it.

WOW. This establishment is elegant and affordable! My favorite meal is the McNuggets and french fries. The nuggets are «on fleek» as the kids say these days. The juicy white meat tastes like it was pooped out of the gods and fried in a batter crafted with tender love and care. And the French fries! Oh the french fries… ARE THE BEES KNEES. I feel so «turnt» when I put one in my mouth and slowly digest the oily, salty, goodness which is a McDonalds French fry. The service was above par. People smiled AND greeted me! AND THE KETCHUP IS FREE! McDonalds has outdone itself! I will be returning FOR SURE.

Stopped here after a late night of being out and about. What can I say, I had the munchies. lol!!! I wanted one of the little dollar menu burgers… I came across the nicest, fastest drive thru cashier ever!!! She handled the entire transaction with the biggest smile… not commonplace for where we were at. She probably could have given me a lump of coal and I would have been satisfied. Sometimes excellent service and a smile make a world of difference! I will admit, some items at this location are pricier than others, but I honestly don’t care. If you’re happy, I’ll pay extra!

The food here is just as good as any other McDonalds, however, the service here is awful at best. The drive thru employees are rude and nasty. If you complain to the manager you can expect to be treated like you do not matter and that they do not care.
