Terrible experience — undermanned checkout lanes, dirty, unorganized displays, very poor layouts, and the list goes on and on — At 5:30 in the afternoon I waited 23 minutes for 1 person ahead of me to check out and I finally just left because I had no more time to waste — ridiculous — It was very obvious other lanes should have been opened but nothing was done. The other 2 or 3 open lanes had people stacked in their lanes too, they were moving but slowly. The self check outs were continually full and had waiting lines. Overall the place was crazy busy and nothing was done to move their customers through. I guess they just aren’t concerned about the appeal of their store or their customer service — I personally will never shop there again.

I love Cub at Northtown! Went this morning. Love the bakery dept! Love the layout of the store! Friendly and smiling employees and nice, clean store too!

Being it was lunch time thought I’d pull in to get some pizza. Well surprise surprise. Even with the large crowd inside Apparently 12:15 on a Saturday isn’t a good time to get a fast slice, none available, neither was there a selection of any other ready food items,(in fact they were cleaning up like it was way past lunch hour and needed something to do) but was told they could make one and be ready in 15 minutes, sorry, on lunch break, no time for that. Seems like Rogers cub is one of the few that remembers the customer.
