Great customer service. I wish I knew the names of the employees, but the older woman who helped u, she is so sweet. I will never go to Discount Pool Supplies again. They have teenagers giving pool advice. Crazy!

They installed a pool liner at my home. They worked fast and clean. At completion of the job they made sure the job was complete to my satisfaction. Their price was very competitive and complete. They did not «nickel and dime» me with additional charges. I am satisfied and would recommend them to friends. I would also add that their retail store is generally more reasonably priced than their competitors and the staff very friendly and helpful. I have been to both the Blackwood and Wiliamstown stores and found them consistently friendly and helpful.

I took a 2hp Century motor for a Challenger pump in to have bearing replaced. After inspection they advised me that they could not do the job because they were unable to open the motor. When I went to pick up the motor I was given two choices. I could by a new motor for $ 350.00 or I have to pay them $ 37.00 for inspecting it. Since I knew that an OEM replacement motor was only $ 230.00 I reluctantly paid them the $ 37.00 and went on my way. I went home and ordered the new motor. two days later I had everything back together in working order.
I took the unit apart and installed the new motor and I have to say that I can’t prove it but I really think they didn’t even attempt to disassemble the motor from the pump. I feel really cheated that they took that $ 37.00 from me and tried to scam me into a new motor for $ 120.00 more than the going rate. If I didn’t already know the costs going in I would have gotten taken for a ride by Anchor Pools.

My family has been shopping at Anchor Pool for over 15 years now (dating back to the Chews Landings days!). The people that own this place have a lot of experience with pools and have always taken the time to discuss questions that I have. I recommend them to anyone I know with a pool. Certainly a great place!
