I’ve always dreaded going to car dealerships because of the inevitable rudeness, pushiness, etc. While the finance fellow I interacted with isn’t a bundle of joy, this business is an all-around class act! I’ll keep this short and say that I assisted a friend in finding a new truck and after visiting multiple dealerships and being treated horribly, we went to Puklich on a whim and felt like they really cared for both of us as customers! What particularly impressed me was that fact that the sales guy and sales manager gave us equal attention even though I wasn’t the one buying the car. Furthermore, when needing to change a headlight out I stopped by Puklich to see if they could help me install the new bulb(I had never done it before on my current vehicle). Although it turned out to be very simple, a service advisor named Matthew Jarrell came out and put the bulb in for me! Note that I was not driving a Chevrolet nor a vehicle that I had bought from Puklich. I was treated kindly and moreover was provided a service that they most certainly did not have to provide. This, to me, shows an all-around focus on good customer service, not just a «shiny front» at the initial sales pitch. Because of this consistent and impressive quality in service, I will try to purchase my next vehicle here, and I recommend you should too. Other dealerships in the area should send their staff to take lessons from these guys.

I stopped by to schedule an oil change and tire rotation for my 2014 Chevy Cruise, lease car. They made the appointment for within a few days. I took my car in and waited in the waiting room, drank coffee, watched the news, and my car was ready to roll in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly, and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

It took them 7 weeks to fix my car after someone hit it. The first few weeks no one communicated with me about the status of it. They originally told me around 10 days to fix it. Then two weeks. I had to call for updates. Once it finally started being fixed my service manager was good about updating me, but the date it was supposed to be completed changed at least 4 or 5 times. There was a sick mechanic, they ordered the wrong part, etc. They did at least pay my rental car past the time my insurance stopped, but I still footed a bill much larger than I should have if they had fixed the car in a timely manner. They also left old suspension parts in my back seat and it took them a week to come pick them up for me. I would NEVER recommend the service here to anyone!
