I am originally from North Dakota. Came to Bismark to visit family and decided to stop for coffee, obviously. Not impressed with the service or location. Coffee wasn’t bad, but definitely could’ve been better. Such a bummer– they have so much potential with a rad name.

AWFUL service! I have never received such bad service. I would be embarrassed If my employees treated customers this way! My order was slammed in my face with no verbal conversation or eye contact and my order was wrong. Awful!

Great coffee, daily deals, punch cards, good treats. I really wish they had more locations because I live on a different part of town and it would be out of my way to go here in the morning before work. I would choose Gloria Jean’s over Starbucks any day.

Five star coffee at a three star location. I would like to give this coffee shop 3.5 stars based on wanting a typical coffee shop experience, but I will up it to 4 (because Unilocal doesn’t allow half stars and because the coffee is really great). The shop is inside a gas station/​car wash, sharing space with a convenience store and ice cream parlor. It is awesome to get amazing coffee when you need to fill up the tank, but when you are looking to relax, maybe spend a few hours on your laptop, this just doesn’t deliver.
But seriously… best coffee in Bismarck.
