TINY, TINY, TINY room. My husband had to step out of the way to let me by as I went from one end of the room to the other. SMALL bathroom. Noisy next to the street. Small regular double bed. Accommodating staff. Good location near freeway.

The hotel was fine. Apparently I booked an «economy» room online and had the smallest room in the entire hotel. Breakfast was really great: they have a cook who cooked to order your eggs and sausage/bacon. Waffle machine, cereal, some fruit and bread. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Staff all in all are friendly. Not eager to help out, but not rude either. I would have given 4 stars– I asked for a late checkout since my flight out got changed from 11am to 5pm and the lady at the front desk was not accommodating at all and told me she would have to charge $ 40 since she wouldn’t be able to sell that room. It’s a Monday night it’s not like the place has a wait list to stay. Thought that was pretty rude. Rooms are decent. They don’t have normal pillow but instead those small weird square ones. Not central AC, those machines attached by the windows. Bathroom is sufficient a little cozy. They give you the travel size lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel is still in the renovation stage(pool and gym currently closed). The staff is friendly(especially when they called to check on us once they learned we had a flat tire). The room is decent size for two doubles, a desk and chair, and tv stand. The check in process was easy and the front desk always has fresh cookies and apples on hand. The breakfast was average: eggs, bland hashbrowns, and bacon. We stayed here three nights and enjoyed our experience.

Clean/comfy rooms. Great breakfast. Cookies, fruit and popcorn all day for free. Friendly staff. Would be 4 stars but the pool is still closed.

When we got there and checked in, they told us the pool would be closed for weeks. The pool was the main reason we were staying there but we decided to stay anyway. We then checked into our room and the fridge was missing so we had to get moved to a different room. The next room we stayed in had a streak of BLOOD on the pillow and it was disgusting. My wife was very upset and they said that they could try to comp a couple of the nights but then said they could not because I paid through expedia. I asked for maybe a couple vouchers for future night and they said they wouldn’t do that. The next day I went to take a shower and the shower curtain was missing. Its seemed like one thing after another just kept going wrong. Our key cards stopped working and we had to get them replaced. Also my wife and I were in ND for her fathers wedding. Him and his new wife turned out to be staying in the same hotel so my wife asked to PLEASE not be anywhere near there room, for obvious honeymoon reasons and they assured us that we were far away from her fathers room. They put us in room 152 and her father was in room 151… That’s ridiculous. I spoke with the head manager(Eric) and he was unwilling to give us anything in exchange for all the issues we delt with so because he doesn’t care to much about customer satisfaction, I figured I would right this review and probably never stay there again. There are a million different hotels in that area and my family and I travel there often.

I thought the room as a bit dirty, but it was acceptable considering the price and that we didn’t have reservations. Maintenance needs to do a sweep of the room, especially the bathroom. The staff was very nice. My one BIG complaint was that there was a lot of noise coming from the parking lot or across the street in the middle of the night. Sounded like a bunch of drunk people yelling. I’m surprised the staff or security didn’t stop it.

Fair… Updated, but tiny rooms. Decently clean…(Could be cleaner). A touch overpriced for what you get. Mediocre front desk staff… Besides one really nice guy at the front desk, the staff is pretty apathetic and unfriendly. Slow wifi. AC units make the room curtains blow really hard due to their position and the length of the curtains.

The room was very small but enough just for one night. Unfortunately I found bedbugs on my bed when I woke up. The receptionist was very nice and refunded my money.

Stayed here after bailing on a horrifically bad experience at the Budget Inn Express. It was very pleasant and average.
