I have used this florist several times and have always had perfect results. They have gone out of their way to ensure wonderful customer service. I even gave them the wrong address and they continued with the delivery. I live out of the area but they still gave me 5 Star service. After my flowers weren’t delivered to my friend(and no call, no email saying there was a problem), I tried to call them and the number on the website went to a prerecorded voicemail box saying I’d reached a number I didn’t even call. Then I tried FTD directly who told me this business is falsely saying they are an FTD florist. Great. I cancelled the charge on my credit card and I hope no one else has to go through what I did. If only I’d looked on Unilocal first I would have seen everyone else’s reviews who had the same issue. Lesson learned.

AVOIDATALLCOSTS. My BF, overseas, bought flowers from their web site and requested a specific delivery day. Not only wasn’t it done, they never delivered at all, nor contacted him back to tell him. He emailed several times, and got no response. He finally had to tell me about it, and after arguing with them, I had to go in person to pick up my very own, very low-quality bouquet. Worst of all, the woman acted like it was our fault, and wasn’t going to refund the delivery fee even tho I had to pick the flowers up!

Did not deliver. Stated that order was rejected but they never bothered to inform me. I used the website. Wanted to keep money local, big mistake. Lady on the phone was short and rude. Will never use them again

Did not deliver as promised even though I called and informed of locations shift! I am a Military member stationed in San Diego and have been serving for over 22 years now. My Mom’s birthday is June 5th and I placed an order for delivery to her work on the 5th at the Treasury office. When I called my Mom at 0650 in the morning to wish her a happy birthday I found out she was not going to be at work. I called the florist immediately after they opened for the day and explained the situation and informed the woman I spoke to that I am stationed in San Diego, that it was a surprise, and that she lived out on Frontier road. She said in McNeal to which I replied no she is barely off Double Adobe road on frontier about 8 – 10 miles outside of Bisbee. She told me she would take care of it. I asked if she need to charge me additional for the delivery and she said no I will take care of it. She asked for her phone number and mine and I told her that it was a surprise and if a problem arose to contact me and I would change the delivery etc. At 2 pm she called my Mom and wanted her to meet her halfway in Double Adobe and my Mom told her she did not live that far out and was actually closer to Bisbee than that. Then she was told that 2 deliveries to Sierra Vista were ahead of her. My Mom then asked about the delivery charge and was told I only paid to the treasurers office. So The facts are: 1. Did not deliver on her birthday as promised. 2. Did not want to charge me more for the delievry yet stated that is the reason i wouldn’t happen. 3. Ruined the surprise by not following the customers instructions 4. Never contacted me about the change($ 3.50 increase) that I told her I would pay but she refused. 5. Still has never contacted me This was a blatant disregard for customer concerns, instructions and poor customer service. Do Not use them, I will get my brother to buy flowers at Safeway before I use them again.
