Purchased a chainsaw online for in store pick up, will have to admit that the time to fill the order was fast. I placed the order and in less than an hour it was ready. when i got to the store the pick up place was a bit out of the way. Once i got there you swipe the card you used to purchase online then a timer starts. WIthin 5 min someone came out, verified what i had purchased and retrieved the item.
This is definatly the way to purchase from sears at this location.
Buy what you need and pick up within a reasonable amount of time.

Some good products at good prices but they also sell some discontinued recalled products. I was so a recalled product so returned to store to exchange and very poor service if any at all. Not well trained sales staff. Not enough staff. Did not have a standard plug in for dryer and delivered the wrong size. Have shopped in another city where much more professional and better products. This is a newer store so hopefully they will improve as there is much room for this.

Good luck getting help. Have any questions? Too bad. This store stays severely understaffed. I’m standing at a register right now and have been for 15 minutes with only one worker in sight and they are talking to a customer. There was another worker at another register but he disappeared into the back and hasn’t returned. You may get good deals just be prepared to spend most of your time waiting. I for one will go somewhere else

Super cheap appliances. We bought a treadmill that had been returned. It has some stickers on it, but nothing goo gone can’t handle. I would defiantly come back for another appliance purchase. They were a little under staffed, but hustling.
