Other than wal-​mart, I cannot think of a store I dislike more. Their cashiers are still in the 1950s, typing in every price. This makes returns especially frustrating and long. Thankfully, there are never enough cashiers so you get to wait in line extraordinarily long for the privilege of going through this process. Extreme dislike.

Great place for creative people. Oddly enough I learned about this place from my parents. Just an fyi about me, as a kid I use to love building WW2 model aircraft planes. Guess what, Hobby Lobby has these old aircrafts and from time to time, I’ll buy me one and when I’m done, I’ll donate it to a young child. This is a great stress reliever. Another thing I like about this place is the fact that they have a very large assortment of picture frames. Now, I’m not much into the crafts, however if YOU are, then this would be your craft heaven. With that said, I’ve also come here to buy my Halloween costume. I know what you’re thinking? Really? Well, with the wide assortment of good, being creative allow you to build your own costumer. In all, this place is great for those who like to be creative. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. Happy shopping!

Ran in on a Sunday afternoon for some yarn. Selection was fine but checkout was ridiculous. Only two registers were open and the lines were long. The manager was there but when someone asked if he was opening another register, he quickly scurried away, not to return.

No sales associate available when you need one except when you’re checking out. The sales associate we got didn’t even bother going the «extra mile» when we needed help on a particular item. Poor customer service.

I had such amazing service at Hobby Lobby! I spoke with a great gentleman named Carl in the framing department. He took such care of my picture, and was such a great employee. He spoke to me about the different types of frames and what was best. He did an amazing job on the actual frame and matte. I have never shopped at Hobby Lobby before, but I will now.

The employees are nice, but the products always seem to the the cheapest Chinese made items you can find anywhere. Hobby Lobby seems to stock the cheapest items, pay their employees low wages and not offer proper health benefits. I’d recommend shopping at Michael’s, Garden Ridge, or some other location.
