Some really important things in my life have happened here. Got married here 21 years ago, witnessed my folks conversion to Catholicism in this parish, had my dad’s wake here, and so on.
We never lived close enough to OLS to be members there ourselves, but it’s a great, friendly place. The joke is your last name has to end in a vowel to go to OLS and while that’s cute, there are a lot of wonderful people in this church family and they have fantastic leadership.
