MedCenter Hoover

I cannot recommend the MedCenter in Hoover enough! The staff is professional, efficient, and compassionate. After they referred my daughter to Children’s of Alabama, the staff at Children’s commented on how great and thorough they had been with her. (Did I mention that the doctor gave us his personal cell number so we could update him?)
When my regular doctor can’t see me (which happens often) I can get in here and be seen quickly. I had quit going to urgent care centers in Hoover because of the quality of the care. Thankfully we have a more than competent option now. Trust me, you won’t be sorry.

I visited the Hoover location several times and I can’t say enough good thing about the Staff and the doctor at this location. They make you feel like you are the only patient in the clinic and it all about making you feel better. I got very sick at work one morning and my coworker wanted to take me a close medical center to where we worked but I insisted that they take me to MedCenter Hoover. I know that I would get the best care there and I did. The doctor sent me to the emergency room but he made it easy for me by giving my coworker a letter to take with us to the emergency room. He wnated to call the paramedics to take me but I made the decision for my coworker to take me to the Hospital.
They took care of my allergic reaction, sinus infection and a small thing as ear irrigation, the care was the same, EXCELLENT!!!

Being sick is no fun! I highly recommend this place. There was virtually no wait, the nurses were super kind, and the doctor I saw was wonderful! I will definitely be returning if I’m sick again! Also super clean, nice waiting room, and lightening fast service!

If you’re sick of being treated poorly by the main urgent care provider in town, try this place out! They are organized, fast and friendly! On a Saturday when I would have waited hours at another provider, they had me in and out in under 30 minutes and were friendly the whole time. I’ll definitely be back!
